    Highly likely to be a FAKE company. Read comments below
    I placed an order on 4th April to purchase two hair products and payment went through. In the confirmation email I received there were no remarks made in terms of expected delivery date, but a link to the ‘Shop’ app instead. According to the app, my order is still being prepared (order placed 8 days ago) and no estimated delivery date available.

    I contacted the company via email to follow up and I received a generic confirmation of email delivery. However there has been no personalised response from the company to the questions I raised in my email yet. I paid for my order using my credit card and in the statement from the purchase, the company comes through with telephone number +44 20 3488 3381. I tried calling this number several times without luck – an answer phone with an O2 message comes up. My calls are not being returned.

    The company is registered in London but the address to the shop / salon is an office building for co-working spaces (you can Google this and realise yourself by looking at Google maps – street view). Online orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Their returns policy has time limitations, which are impaired by and conflict with the company’s inability to send products in a timely manner making it more difficult to be able to access a refund.

    The alleged positive reviews appear to follow a similar structure making them suspicious. The negative reviews inform a number of clients are having similar problems and concerns. I welcome you to review the company’s statements in the ‘Companies House’ register (you can search for this online) which indicate the ‘company’s intention of future activities being lawful’ which highlights suspicion.

    My credit card company are looking into this for me and have agreed to cover the bills whilst they activate proceeding against the company.

    In summary, AVOID this company. I invite you to look at the defensive responses from the company to constructive comments from affected users.

    Scammers !!!!!
    How is it I was told there has never been issues with orders before when quite frankly it seems to be a recurring theme with this company and so does their reply when you enquire, your told it was dispatched and don’t get back in touch or else theyll call the police, but funnily enough you never hear from them 🤔🤔. Total SCAMMERS!!!!!

    Appalling customer care
    Do NOT buy from this company. Only recieved 1 of 2 items ordered and when enquired about the other item was told it had been scanned and dispatched and that they have NEVER had any problems with orders before, which going by these reviews are lies. Therefore and this is their words I was “fraudulent” and if they heard from me again ” they would get the police involved” the item that didn’t arrive (redken conditioner 1000ml) cost £30+. Never ever have I recieved this kind of after care

    Faulty products-bad customer service
    I bought travel size products and the minute I received them I put them in my luggage as I was travelling next day.
    Th products opened in my luggage and my clothes were all wet and greasy.
    The eshop not only did not apologise and refunded they encouraged me to communicate with the brand customer service. Eshops are responsible for the quality of the products they sell. Unacceptable. AVOID.

    Never arrived, refused refund
    Very disappointed in this business, my 60 pounds worth of items never arrived and I as refused a refund. Complete scam and unpleasant customer service. Avoid at all costs.

    0 stars ,money taken out ,NO CONFIRMATION,no communication,no delivery.

    AVOID - scam
    This company is definitely a scam – my order never arrived and when I insisted on a refund they just stopped responding. I’m taking legal action now as this is ridiculous to scam people in this way.

    I believe this is a scam - Avoid
    I ordered from the company, and received and email the next day saying that it had been despatched. I did not receive my order and the company did not respond to my query. I believe it’s a scam. My advice is to Avoid.

    Outstanding service
    Ordered from this company and missed the delivery 3 times. Company communicated throughout – redirected the parcel through Royal Mail. They could not have been more helpful.
    Will definitely use again.

    THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
    BUYERS BEWARE – I bought 2 x 1 Litree bottles of Redken products here recently. Long story short, the item was delivered to an unsecure location, to the building next door. Outside. It wasnt even delivered inside the building next door, it was simply left outside on the pavement.
    Ive contacted LTL about this and they said they could not give me a refund due to the fact that their courier, Parcelhubs tracking shows a pinpoint of delivery at my address. I have photographic evenmidence of where the parcel was found, with its CONTENTS STOLEN. The parcel was at the building next door and someone had already helped themselves to my products.

    LTL are ignoring me and refusing any refund. I am absolutely livid, to say the least and fighting to get my money back. I was ripped off. What more proof do they need than a photo of my neighbors building with the ripped damaged parcel outside of their property? The fact that my parcel wasnt delivered to a safe secure location should have been enough for them to provide a refund especially as I sent a photo.

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

    Such a great selection!
    I’ve been shopping through the LTL shop for the last year! Not only is the service and delivery super fast! They have really amazing deals that i truly can’t find elsewhere! I love how they are constantly updating their products! I also really love how they value their customers! I’ve just bagged an additional £5 of my shampoo due to being on the mailing list! This shop is not once to miss!

    Amazing services and fast delivery
    My wife loves the Redken shampoos and I have found them cheaper on the LTL Shop for her. We have reordered a few times and the parcel arrives really fast all the time.
    Quality products for sure and would carry on buying here!

    All Soft Redken 1000ml x 6 Bottles
    Very unfair of LTL, i ordered six bottles of Allsoft Redken 1000ml bottles so spent a lot of money.
    The box arrived, very heavy not very well packaged and all ripped open, driver left.
    After checking when i got back and took each bottle out i noticed one of the bottles had leaked obviously due to the driver being rough and the silly packaging it came in. I thought i would see how much conditioner was lost before i messaged LTL about it, if it wasnt much i would not have bothered so i took the lid of to check never even thought i was not allowed to do this ? there was quite a lot lost so i did message to say.
    They could have had the bottle back and just replaced or sent a smaller one to compensate, the only message i got back was because i opened it they couldnt resell or refund ? so basically my fault but you couldnt resell anyway, which i didnt get . Wont be using again very poor customer service.
