    Good offers, prompt delivery and reliable
    when it comes to frozen and my other food its always good and ive hardly ever had substitutions only the odd time when out of stock with something, also iceland has good slot times, the only downfall is the size of frozen bags as half of the bags are air so doesnt look like the amount you pay for , but when comes to online shopping i love the deals and offers and more reliable when comes to the drivers. if only getting small amount i shop elsewhere but for a big shop like this i will stick to iceland.

    Diabolical quality and service
    I made an online delivery order, I ordered ice lollies/ice cream and they all arrived melted! I was so disappointed that they were no longer in the original shape anymore and I had to throw one box away as it leaked all over my floor! They did not provide any ice bags with it, also if a customer has ordered ice lollies/ice cream then that order should be one of the first to get delivered. How diabolical.
