    Very disappointing experience
    I placed an order for a birthday bouquet with a clearly confirmed delivery date, specifically chosen to create a birthday surprise. Despite this, the company attempted to deliver the flowers earlier without my consent, which completely defeated the purpose of the gift. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that delivery dates are only “indicative” and that the only way to receive a refund would be to refuse the parcel at the door, even though the change was made on their side.
    This approach is misleading for customers. When a company confirms a specific delivery date during checkout and on the invoice, customers reasonably expect that date to be respected — especially when ordering gifts for important occasions. Because of this handling, what was meant to be a special birthday surprise turned into unnecessary stress and disappointment.
    I cannot recommend this service unless they significantly improve their delivery reliability and customer support policies.
