The company sells beautifully handmade home and lifestyle products made by artisans that combine sustainable natural materials with traditional craftsmanship. Home décor, furniture, lighting, kitchen and dining, gifts and outdoor products from various cultures are among the company’s goods to its clients. The company started by selling products via a select group of retail partners. The company sells products directly to clients via its website Nkuku.com and operates a shop in Totnes, Devon.The company offers two delivery options: Standard delivery, where your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days and Next Day Delivery, where orders placed before 1 pm on Monday to Thursday are delivered the next working day. A 10 % off discount is dispatched to clients for their first order and ten working days return. The company offers clients simple and guaranteed return policies depending on the product. The company offers customer support service from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays via email, live chat or call them via 0333 2400155.
