Ecologi is one of the most popular platforms for climate action today. It was founded in 2019 in Bristol, UK, by a wife and husband, Lucy Jack and Elliot Coad and their close family friend, Alex Price. Today, Ecologi boasts the backing of over 16000 members of the public and over 6000 companies, including Eden Reforestation Project.The company aims to reverse and halt climate change through reforestation. The founders of the platform are environmentalist who were frustrated that most people do not have an effective way to contribute to the huge climate problem. So, they created a platform that allows members to directly contribute and fund various planet-saving projects.The Bristol-based platform gets funding through users’ subscriptions and uses it to pay for environmental projects, such as tree planting.
