Avoid use anyone else
I’m not sure why I keep giving them another chance. DHL isn’t perfect, but it’s still noticeably better than this, and that’s saying something. By comparison, even EVRI doesn’t look nearly as bad.

Not broken, but too late
The UPS delivery guy was friendly, however, he was 3 hours late. my package was ok!

If you’re looking for a reliable courier, I would strongly recommend avoiding UPS. In my experience, deliveries are inconsistent and often fail to arrive on time, and the tracking system is largely unhelpful and unreliable.

Unhappy
UPS have said they have tried to deliver 3 times but that the receiver was not available despite Us having waiting in since last Friday – ring doorbell bell, quiet street, windows near door so would hear anyone coming to our property.
Customer support just keep saying it will be delivered, they refuse to pass on to a manager, their logistics team, the driver, or help in any way
