The worst experience ever!!!
I would rate this company no stars if I could. Bought a mattress for my disabled Uncle. Was not delivered when arranged, company could not say when this would arrive. Order cancelled and 6 weeks later still no refund. This is despite 39 phone calls, 50+ emails and a recorded delivery letter to “Marc” who apparently is the managing director. Have been to citizens advice, I will peruse this till the money is returned. DO NOT buy from this company!!!
