Poor communication, very unfortunate.
In these turbulent times, it is very important to provide your customers with good information. In principle, you speak to the customer service for this. If they do not inform you properly or respond late, it is very annoying. Hopefully, something can be done about this so that the level of service improves. It also gives a piece of extra confidence in the further operation of a company. In short: this could be better.

Great hotel, great price
Great Accor hotel and I must say the price is more than fair for everything so I highly recommend trying an Accor hotel for a great exprience and a perfect relaxing vacation.
