Number of reviews: 1 Rating:2 Avoid Very poor experience. We booked a luxury converted chapel at a premium price but when we arrived there was no hot water, we arrived on the Saturday but the issue was not fixed until the Wednesday after spending every day on the phone / email with them. They have refused suitable compensation on the basis they offered an alternative, but firstly this was not offered until the Tuesday and secondly it was completely inferior to the original accommodation and was being advertised at a third of the price we paid. Also it is hidden in the terms and conditions that this company is nothing but an agent and takes no responsibility for any issues and told me I would need to speak to the owner of the property directly. Avoid!
