    Not entirely satisfied
    The service of the organisation is good in itself. It is just a pity that we needed this service so often. The hotel was very dirty, the bus to the hotel was late and the customer service of the resort did not speak a word of English. In the end, thanks to the good intervention, we did have a nice holiday, but I don’t know if I will book a holiday here again.
