Sent me no letter. I receive my letter on the 15th of April and it was supposed to be going to a hotel on the 18th Nothing planned. I run three times on the 12th of March 13th of March 14th of March but nobody answered my call to find out when was my booking booked for and was it confirmed I did not get a refund? 400 lb gone and they have not helped me at all and having my refund back.
