    Strange smell......
    Leaving the car was fine – getting to the terminal was not! No fault of the team at Imagine but there was a gale blowing and raining cats and dogs – so we were soaked by the time we got there! Picking up was swift but there was a strange smell in the car which has proved difficult to get rid of. The driver’s seat had been fiddled with – not only the distance but the height etc. Hardly the end of the world though….

    Nearly Got 5 Stars
    It all went well until we got into our car and it was immediately obvious that the driver smoked in the car!!! This is not acceptable.
    Another small point is that there needs to be better signage in the arrivals area to direct customers to the meet and greet location.

    Cannot fault in any way possible!
    Having used holidays extras before for a different airport I used them again following our holiday from Leeds Bradford and again cannot fault such a flawless setup and very quick. I highly recommend using this service!

    Simple to change
    Let’s not talk about the ridiculous prices to park at an airport – I needed to change which car I parked at the last minute and changing the car on the booking was so simple and it all still worked when I got to the car park gates!

    Limited parking
    Great location.
    Good breakfast.
    Easy dart access to airport £4.90 each way.

    Parking was a concern. We had the last space and watched from our room as 5 cars double parked. The idea of relaxing was lost for these as they would have needed to stay in the area to move their cars to let others out. We couldn’t have done that as we were meeting friends in town for the evening so not sure if they would have expected us to leave our keys for them to move??
    We commented to the hotel overlooking but they just said ‘we are busy today’

    Excellent
    The driver was waiting for us at our destination and he was professional, polite and friendly. He insisted on helping with our luggage. The vehicle was a smart six seater taxi (for 2 of us) which was immaculate throughout. He drove with care and caution and advised us of our estimated time of arrival.
    Our return pick up was booked for 8.30am and we always like to be on time so were ready and waiting at 8am. The same driver arrived a few minutes later apologising for being early but this suited us nicely as we had more time to browse at the airport. Also the price for the journey was competitive. It couldn’t have gone any better.

    BRILLIANT
    Simple, easy to find and lots of spaces.
    Waited no more than 5 minutes for the bus transfers,if only the other London airports parking were as simple as this one.
    Definitely recommend Jetparks
