    Super!
    Landed early hours of Saturday 31st May and walked across the road from terminal 2 to collect my car and it was exactly where it said it was. No issues at all.

    My car wasn't there!
    On returning to Manchester at half 1 in the morning and been told my car is on level 1, we got there and it wasn’t there. Had to go back to the reception and theanager came up with me and he couldn’t find it either. Nobody had moved it to the collection car park and after half an hour we were told it was still in the main car park and had not been brought over to meet and greet. Manager was very good and offered 50% refund

    Excellent Service
    Fantastic service; the driver and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially since I was traveling alone with a case and a large bike box, which they assisted in moving and carrying. I could not fault the service

    Easy ...
    Birmingham: Directions and instructions easy to follow. Close to Novotel and terminal. Drop off was quick and when we came to pick up, our car was waiting and keys handed over without delay. We were able to drive home immediately, which is ideal especially when your return is early hours of the morning.
    – Simple instructions
    – Ideal location
    – No delays
    – Great service

    Something went wrong
    On my arrival barrier doesn’t open so I had to call assistance and I’ve been told by assistance guy that my numberplate is not in the system so he has to open barrier form same thing happen once I was leaving even I did my booking on time and correctly.

    Car park 1
    Car Park 1 @Cardiff Airport, easy access if you have mobility issues. Slightly confusing directions to access car park, if you choose wrong lane you are charged to get out.

    Delayed return
    Drop off was fantastic, usual ease of service. Return ended with a 25 minute wait for the car as a “road” had been closed. Others were waiting also so it could have been outside Holiday Extra’s control. I have always been impressed in the past with the service.

    Exceptional parking with Skyport
    I have used Skyport a few times now for parking. They are excellent. Pick-up and drop off with zero issues. Staff are great. I would recommend only using them.

    Skyport
    We use Skyport Glasgow every year and have never had any problems. Staff are friendly. My family use them too.

    Avoid Manchester jet parks ringway
    We usually use the jet parks Ringway when parking at Manchester airport. However on the last few occasions and in particular yesterday’s fiasco the bus service has become unreliable. The issue yesterday was that we and a lot of other people were waiting an extraordinary amount of time, over 20 minutes until one bus came along for the ringway parking. In between this it appeared the other car park shuttle service buses were in abundance. Whilst jet parks ringway shuttle buses were non existent.

    In December we experienced the same issue and also after parking our car and waiting for a bus to take us to the airport a bus just drove right by past us without stopping so we had to wait another 15 minutes in the rain for another to turn up.

    Since returning we have cancelled our upcoming booking at jet parks and paid more for meet and greet on the premises in order to avoid any future inconvenience.

    Flying from Bristol
    Excellent way to park the car and so easy to do – even for over 60’s.
    Staff ever so helpful and system easy to follow. Will definitely use again.
