    valet parking
    Having parked our car at Heathrow with Holiday Extras valet parking (which we have used on many occasions) on 9th July, i always take a photo of the milage/dashboard.
    On arrival i realised that it was Maple Parking that Holiday epExtras was using which i would not of booked out of choice.
    The milage was 49397.4 with 391 miles left in the fuel tank and the gauge just below full. On our return on 24th July the milage was 49403.2 with 351 miles left in the fuel tank and the gauge just above the 3/4 tank mark.
    i can accept that the car was driven 5.8 miles to be parked off site and returned but cannot accept that the car has used 40 miles in doing so and the fuel gauga is visibly lower than when the vehicle was parked. I have a good idea as to how this has happened as i can get live vehicle locations on my phone app and the vehicle was parked in two different places during the 2 weeks period, one being on what appeared to be a farm area.
    An explanation from Holiday Extras would be good or i will not be using Holiday Extras for anything again.

    Would use APH again. Small gripe, was given a card when I picked up my keys but it wasn’t explained that it had a PIN code on it to use to exit the car park. I know for next time.

    bad communication
    marriot/delta hotels them selves were fine. I booked thourgh holiday extras. I was e xpecting to have had an email near the time to say’ welcome to your stay’. I got nothing. I contacted delta hotel to check my booking and they couldnt find it. Also I was told there was a minibus to the airport for about £10. The hotel kindly booked this for us, andf it was fine going. However when we got to heathrow on our return we were unable to book a minibus and had to get a cab at about £26. They didnt tell us that would be the case.
    There was also nothing on the holiday extras site about any sort of transport to Heathrow. I had to find this out separately. I would have thought most people booking a hotel would want to know what transport was available.

    Hopeless car hire
    Car hire was a disaster, our rental had a chip in the windscreen that was identified but was not suitable for hire. Half way through the hire another chip in the windscreen not identified caused a cracked windscreen. We had to change our plans and not use the car in order to feel we could make the drive back to Limoges. Assistance was non-existent from anyone so we were left with no transport for half the hire and put at risk returning the car.

    First Time Booking
    Booked Hotel and Long Stay parking at Liverpool Airport. Very happy with the check in process and room at the Hotel. Parking was also without any problems with ANPR on entry and exit. I also booked Fast Track but unfortunately it did not work on either the printed version or the app. Will definitely use again

    Terms & conditions
    Because of long delays checking luggage in, was looking forward to the 3 hrs relaxed and chilled in lounge, we only got 40 mins before flight. When asked could we get refund voucher due to not having full allocated times. T&C state not there problem if delayed getting to lounge. Bit unfair TBH.

    Charge
    Never had any problems using them,but on this booking my flight was put on but I must have put wrong time on return,they had the information they should have told me when they saw my flight details.Si on return we were charged £25 really not happy,be a good gesture to give ya rebate.

    Great Servic
    Great Service
    Arrived and entered by car number plate recognition at Dublin airport. Directed to parking space only a few metres from a bus stop. Picked up after 3minutes and dropped at terminal. Similar service on return with not too long to wait for bus at the terminal.

    Disastrous Car Hire
    Car I rented had a number of stone chips in windscreen. One at the edge was not identified but was the cause of the windscreen cracking mid way through the hire seriously restricting our use of the car. All attempts to get any assistance were futile leaving me with no option than to drive the car back to the rental depot with a windscreen that could have given way at any time. Appaling service and follow up – half the car hire wasted and plans changed due to poor quality control.

    1903 Lounge T2
    Poor experience, long queue to get in, very limited hot food available, male member of staff hovering all the time checking the card you get given showing the time you entered the lounge, wrong exit time was put on our card so had to queue again to get it altered, didnt get the full 2 hours, not worth the extra money to book this lounge, wont bother next time

    Cardiff Airport Number Plate Recognition
    Our experience of the Cardiff long stay car park over the last few years has been positive with regard to on-line bookings and payments.
    The Car park is well lit and is within easy reach of the terminal by a ramp and flat ground.
    However, since the introduction of number plate recognition we do have difficulty accessing the car park as our number is a personal plate DS9094 and we have to contact the customer assistance to open the barrier.
    This did not previously happen before number plate recognition and staff are always polite even at 5am.
    We understand this is an ongoing technical problem and does not prevent us from future bookings.
