    Car Transfer
    The transfer pick up and travel out was excellent. However our plans changed and we had to cancel the return trip. We didn’t necessarily expect any refund and the cost was reasonable in any event. Nevertheless amending the booking was hopeless going around in circles, eventually managing to simply cancel. However we did want to ensure that the transfer company were informed to ensure their time wasn’t wasted. Despite a couple of messages this didn’t happen and we received a call on the day enquiring to our whereabouts. All a bit of an unnecessary fiasco. It seems that in order to amend anything you’re actually better off cancelling getting a refund and starting again !

    First time great service
    First time we have used holiday extras. Excellent service. We were two hours late arriving car and driver waiting. Spot on time for pick up back to airport. Will definitely use again.

    Perfect once more
    Use silver zone parking at Bristol for a number of years never an issue. With new bus terminal it is even better.

    Holiday Extras OK, Parking Manchester V Expensive
    No problems at all using Holiday Extras but be aware that Meet and Greet at Manchester is very expensive. 4 days parking cost over £25 a day.

    Very Wuick & easy
    First time using this for a short break abroad. It was so easy to use, man tells you where to park & directs you to office to hand your key over & get a ticket which you must keep safe. Then it’s literally a 2 min walk to airport under a covered walkway.

    Very good
    Brilliant , parked car for 15 nights . Stayed hotel 1 night ( Crown Plaza ) Birmingham . Will definitely use again

    Stanstead Mid Stay carpark
    I have used the Mid Stay carpark at Stansted Airport for many years mainly booking direct with the airport but holiday extras were cheaper and it worked exactly the same so great.

    T3 multi storey parking at Manchester Airport
    Not the best sign posted to access the multi storey parking and when I did could not find a space on lower levels had to go right up to the 5th and final level and then just found one space which is rediculous when you have booked in advance so not under cover as advertised
    On trying to exit the car park it was not very obvious which was the exit the going up ramp was marked but not until you got near it and when you did get out it was a free for all regarding traffic taxis airport vehicles and private cars driving in front of you and around you not taking any notice of signs almost had an accident it was horrendous
    Will not use again
    Not impressed with airport either

    They don’t actually give you a refund
    If you cancel they give you a voucher instead of a cash refund. A voucher is completely useless. I won’t be using their service again
