    Seamless
We arrived, we parked, we followed instructions on what to do with the car keys, we caught the bus to the airport terminal.
We arrived back at the airport, texted the bus driver who turned up 5 minutes later, we arrived back at the car park, we were handed our keys and told the exact bay where our car was parked.
Easy peasy, no drama, very little effort.
    Will definitely use again.

    Hopeless support
Given electric car I had not ordered, charging was a nightmare. The Hertz/Thrifty car was filthy making it difficult to identify any damage. Existing damage was on email? The windscreen was damaged with a stone chips from previous hire. After three days one of those known stone chips resulted in a cracked windscreen when using the washer jets, multiple calls remained unanswered. Effectively half the hire the car was unavailable for use😡.

    Stansted Green Multi Story
Nice clean car park with lots of lighting. Signs could be a little better for available spaces. Otherwise benefits from hassle free access, drive up to barrier, get a ticket park up and leave car. Upon return drive to barrier and leave! It was painless and the ideal situation late at night after a long flight. Will use again

Parking fines at Bristol Airport due to incorrect postcode for parking
I have been a customer for many years and am hugely disappointed that the postcode provided by Holiday Extras to find Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport is incorrect on the booking. The post code takes you to an access road within the airport that you aren’t allowed to enter. As I was travelling at 3.30am in the morning with a child, I pulled over at the next safe place in a side road for about 1-2 minutes, to find out where I needed to go. As a consequence I have been fined £100 for this. Such basic information to get incorrect. I have looked on the Bristol Airport website and it suggests the following postcode for Silver Zone ‘For the Silver Zone car park, please use BS48 3DW’. Holiday extras, please update your information so that others don’t have the same unpleasant experience.

    Manchester return fast pass
As far the parking goes other than T2 signage being unclear on where to go (cost me £5 as went in wrong entrance, potentially driver error 😊) the staff and process are very easy and recommended. What is not recommended however is the returning fast pass. No one was at Manchester fast pass gate so we wasted time finding it and then were told to just join the line when we questioned it. Time and £30 wasted.

    Bristol Silver Parking
Unfortunately this is the cheapest of the most unreasonably priced parking at Bristol Airport, the onsite parking is extortionate. The parking system is cumbersome, handing in keys and whilst on your trip, your car is parked somewhere else on the site. The buses to and from the airport are limited, to one or two, so you have to wait outside and they pack you in once your on board. On your return you have to go to a desk to collect your key which can take some time, bus full of people all wanting their keys, with only two people behind the desk. You are then informed where your car is parked, and then you have to go out into a car park and hunt for it. Not what I wanted after a long trip back.

    Great package
Booking Maple Parking through Holiday Extras at Birmingham worked a treat as before. The car park is easy to find and just a short walk from check-in. We were met on arrival and the hand over is quick and simple. On returning home from our holiday the car was waiting for us and we were on our way in seconds. Great service.

    Short Run Car Park
Once I found the car park, it was incredibly easy and convenient. Staff friendly, space on the bus and frequent service. The only down side was locating the entrance to start with – not the easiest so perhaps a little more signage further out would be useful as it caused me a little anxiety as I knew I was on a time limit amd didn’t feel I had anywhere/anyone to contact for advice as it was very early in the morning.

    Fantastic Service from Maple Parking
We used Maple Parking service, was cheaper than the cost of a taxi to the airport and back home for a start. Was super easy to book and easy to use. Simply had to drive up to the designated valet parking area right near the terminal. Greeted by staff upon arrival, we took out our luggage and gave them my car key. They give you a contact card with contact details and a registration number on it for you to keep until you return. They then securely park your car in one of many car parks they have available. Upon returning to Birmingham airport you call the number on the card as you are waiting for your luggage in the arrivals area they confirm who you are and then they go collect your car which is then there waiting for you once you have walked from arrivals back to the designated valet parking area. You give them the card back, you get your car key back, simply load your car and then you are free to leave and head home. In short – reasonably priced, very simple to use, great service. Will definitely use them again for any future flights.

    Infestation in room
I stayed at Radisson Blu London Stansted in August 2025 (booked through holiday extras) and unfortunately experienced a severe hygiene issue.

When going to bed, I noticed a bug crawling across the bed but assumed it was a one-off. In the morning, however, I opened the curtains to find bugs crawling all over the sheets, my luggage, and even the towels in the bathroom (which we had not used). When I pulled back the sheets, the mattress itself was visibly infested.

When I reported this, staff explained how they would protect the hotel (by closing the room and calling in pest control), but I was given very little support in protecting myself or my belongings. When I pointed out the insects crawling on my luggage after being in the room, staff offered to spray and hoover the bags. However, when I got them back, bugs were still visibly crawling inside. I was also told to wash everything at 90°C — completely impractical for most clothing.

This ruined two full days of my holiday while I tried to decontaminate my belongings. I also continued to find mites afterwards, which caused ongoing distress and anxiety.

Later, EcoLabs (the hotel’s third-party infestation contractor) confirmed there had been a mite infestation in the room. However, the hotel refused to confirm whether these were rodent mites, leaving me with ongoing concerns about the potential health risks.

While I did receive a refund for the night, I do not feel this adequately reflects the severity of the incident. Overall, I left feeling unsupported and very let down by a brand I expected much better from.

I have video evidence taken in the room, but unfortunately cannot upload it here.

    Poor Service
Arrived at stand 7. Waited 15mins, phoned office to see where the bus was, after 20mins had to phone again as NO bus. Eventually got back to car park, to find my car blocked in. Another walk back to the office along with half dozen people all blocked in. Not amused, check out what events are going on at Isingston show group before booking as this will make a BIG difference in where you would park. As this site is 12mins and off site from the airport.

    Orlando transfer
Very good service. They messaged on WhatsApp and arranged to meet at the arrivals very promptly and efficiently.

I think the price was very good also. It was slightly more than an Uber or Lyft, but I had certainly that I would get a car to my hotel. I have no knowledge of Orlando airport so that WhatsApp discussion was useful to help locate each other.

Also, I knew that booking in advance would give the vehicle size we needed for the 4 suitcases. I don’t want any stress that the taxi from Uber isn’t big enough or I have a 30 minute wait for a big enough one.

Therefore, I would highly recommend this service over an Uber or Lyft.

    Fantastic!
We flew from Manchester airport. We’ve used this service for a few years. The drop and go service is so easy to use. Easy to book, directed straight to the car park, recognised the reg plate etc. The people running the service are extremely friendly and professional. Easy collection when you return home. Easy every time!
