   Cambridge Gatwick

   Hotel a little dated, but clean & well equipped. No issues with transfers either way. Reasonably priced compared to airport prices. Helpful & friendly staff. Would use again.

   Not the best start for our holiday

   We parked our car in the hotel car park and checked in for our overnight stay before going to Heathrow to fly to Vancouver. Then things went badly wrong . We got in the hotel lift to go to the third floor . Unfortunately the lift stopped between floors and we were unable to get out . Long story short- after 40 minutes the London fire brigade got us out . The whole experience was awful for us both . The hotel did get us a ground floor room as we would not go in another hotel lift and will never go back to the hotel . I’ve not named the hotel

   Straightforward and reliable

   Transfer bus stop was directly outside the Airport departutes area. Three minute journey to the car park at Bickenhill Lane at Birmingham Airport. Ticket given showed the numbered area where we parked. On return the bus arrived very quickly and we were back to our car in quick time. Excellent parking experience!

   Just okay

   Knew it was budget but the location was why we booked. The hotel was ok was what it said but the parking was not good, it may only be about 4 min walk but that depends on health and age and how much baggage you have. Not very clearly sign posted so not sure if you parked correctly until you walk to the hotel. When I picked my car up it had been parked forward next to a large car on one side and a smaller car on drivers side however it was that close it was hard to get into my car then there was a large car behind forward of the lines meaning it took quite a few attempts to get the car out! I do not understand why they do not reverse the cars in, I would prefer to pull forward slightly to get my luggage in then have to do so many movements when you are already tired from your journey. Even though the location is great for terminal 2 and the price was good we won’t use again. The barriers do not automatically lift like they normally do so had to press the button to get in and out of the car park

   Not really meet and greet

   Booked M&G at Manchester T2 with holiday extras. Booking straightforward, but fairly long walk from car drop off to M&G reception. Very helpful guy there arranged to have car pick up point near key collection point. Long walk from arrivals to automated key collection. Unlikely to use Manchester again. Much prefer personal touch at Newcastle M&G instead.

   Park and stay, Luton airport

   What an easy and professional experience the whole process was. At the carpark a very friendly and polite young man helped with keys, we then get straight on the bus. On return the bus was waiting, straight to carpark. Picking up the keys was easy and the car was easy to find. We will use again and recommend.

   Arrived reception excellent
   Room large and clean
   Restaurant was better than average
   Transfer bus prompt and reasonable price
   Overall would use again and recommend

    Always smooth

    I use Holiday Extra to book airport parkings. App is very useful and I don’r have to look for any emails etc.
    Def going to use again

    Lengthy…

    Booked I thought Purple Parking to find this one actually operated by Maple. Road diversions on the way there slowed things down (not their fault and they did inform us). However on return waited 25 minutes for bus and transfer took 15 minutes. Not nearly as quick as advertised. Would recommend paying more and being on site/meet and greet at Gatwick

    Great Transfers

    Really good communication via WhatsApp app, both on being collected and dropped off.
    Both drivers didn’t speak much on either journey, but both polite and helpful.
    Would definitely recommend 👌

    Fabulous definitely use again..No problem checking in,both outward and coming back 😀 Great meet and greet, no worries about managing the bus transfer..
