    Happy Holidays 😊
    Very good ,in fact excellent 👏 No problem definitely book through you again..Definitely do meet / greet so much easier then trying to use the transfer bus..

    Very rude and not customer focused
    Very rude and not customer focused. Too long of a wait and the driver sat on the car seat with his dirty clothes.

    Long wait time to pick up car
    Waited for over 30 mins to pick up car, despite ringing number when advised when picked up luggage. Huge queue of others also waiting.

    Great hotel and parking at Manchester
    Brilliant service. Easy to drop off car with great shuttle bus transfer to hotel. Hotel was almost next door to departure lounge with a short walk to our flight. Small but comfortable hotel room. When we returned the shuttle bus picked us up as we walked out the terminal. So easy and great value!

    Expensive
    I’ve used the onsite parking for years Nd the price used to be reasonable but since Covid the prices have risen horrendously and it’s just pure greed. I was quoted £159 for a fortnight in May which was with a discount, a couple of years ago this would have been around £40. On this trip we were parked miles away as usual but a couple of the closer car parks were completely empty which would have been easier for people.

    Always use holiday extras for Meet and greet parking wherever I fly from as it is minimum fuss and maximum customer service. Thank you for another smooth trip

    Silver Zone Car Park Bristol
    We have booked with holiday extras many times and find the car park prices very competitive. Silver Zone car park at Bristol is easy to find and we have always found it easy to park at. Very convenient for the airport terminal with regular bus transfers. Keys are left with the car park for duration of your holiday. Your car will be moved during your holiday and you will be told where it is when you collect the keys on your return. It can be a long walk sometimes as the car park is a big.

    Disappointing disability access
    We have used this service a few times now. I was willing this time to give the benefit of the doubt.
    Last time we used it, I specifically asked both for an accessible room, and for the car to be parked nearby on return, and with space to get my husband’s wheelchair into the boot.
    No accessible room, but it was a large room with a walk in shower, so it worked out ok. The car was by the exit, as far from the office as it could be, with the boot to the wall. Not very helpful at all, we had to pull into the roadway out to get the w/chair into the boot.
    This time no accessible room AGAIN, and I had to move furniture to allow space to get onto the room with his wheelchair, but a walk in shower – we managed.
    The car was parked nearer (I specifically requested disability space on leaving keys), but again boot next to the wall, and parked at the bottom of the exit ramp from the floor above, so I had to pull out of the space and park in the main entrance lane to avoid accidents from cars coming down the ramp, to get the w/chair into the boot.
    You are paying a lot of extra money for this service, and having a disability already means you are more limited in your options when travelling as a wheelchair user……this just made it more stressful, and puts you at more risk of causing or having an accident, as you are rushing to avoid affecting other road users.

    Long walk to car park
    The room at the IBIS hotel was as expected. It was small but very clean. We were happy with the room and reception. What we were not happy about was the parking. Previously we have been able to book meet and greet at Terminal 2 and we thought that we would receive a similar service as this was not available. We registered at the hotel and were then told to park in car park 2. This is not the carpark at terminal 2 but was a ten minute walk away by the Tribe hotel near the station. It was hard to find and the walk back to the hotel was further than we wanted. On our return we had to pick up the car keys from the hotel and walk over to this car park 10 mins walk away with our cases. We then had to search for our car.

    We will not use this service again. We like the hotel but not the parking system which is apparently what it now the norm.

    Disappointing
    It was unnerving to drop off our new car at level 1 of the Orange Short Stay car park and then deal with somebody from a car boot. Nevertheless, our car was taken promptly and the driver seemed professional. It is a bit of a mystery where the car was parked for the duration. It wasn’t clean when we left it, but it was returned dirtier (perhaps encouraging the valet service), and with boot scuff marks on the drivers door threshold. most frustrating was that we had diligently followed instructions to alert ACE to our return when we collected baggage but the car was not ready for us when we got back to Orange Leve 1. We had to wait 10 minutes until it appeared. In hindsight it would have been better to simply pay for parking in Orange. That way we would know where our car was stored, it would be ready for our return, and probably cheaper too.

    BEWARE
    I’m only giving a 1* as the transfer company that was booked for my Mexico trip left us stranded at the airport. We arrived into Cancun and as I had no signal on my phone my husband made contact with the transfer company through Whatsapp as they had requested. The Manchester flight had arrived at the same time and therefore we were waiting for luggage for almost 2 and a half hours. The transfer company refused to wait telling us that we were the only passengers from the Gatwick flight that were missing (the whole flight was waiting by the belt for luggage). It then cost us a highly negotiated price of £60 to get to the hotel which was less that 20 minutes away. As we had booked return transfers with Holiday Extras were left a little worried for the whole holiday as the whether the transfer would turn up to take us back to the airport for our return flight!!

    Parking
    Very easy to find taken to the Airport within 5mins. On return easy to find the pick up point. Waited 10 mins and return to car plus able to lead within 5 minutes. All in all very stress free and easy to use.

    Car parking exit problem
    Arriving at Cardiff premier car park was great , really excellent service and a smashing space but the exit was not so pleasant , the barrier once again failed and this time we couldn’t get a response until I phoned the number on my booking , not a good sign when you are tired after 12 hours travelling ! We finally managed to use the other barrier but found the employees on the phone to be rather abrupt and annoyed by our call telling us that they we very busy ! With only two flights arriving that night I find it hard to believe that , please Cardiff sift out your exit barriers 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
