    Hotel and fly -Bristol
    We were very pleased with our booking through Holiday Extras. This time we used them to stay overnight at a Premier Inn outside Bristol prior to flying early next morning as well as leaving our car at the Silver zone parking lot. Everything went as expected and on our return, our car was quick and easy to access.

    It worked well.
    The parking at Hilton T4 was very close. The hotel and restaurant were very suitable for us. As someone with limited mobility I was able to arrange assistance from the hotel to the check in desk. Pick up after our holiday was very easy.

    DON'T RATE TAXI COMPANY
    Hotel itself was ok.. but the taxi company they advised us to use was an absolute rip off £14 to the airport …. but on return charged us £39 back to hotel at 9pm. So it didn’t work out very economical at all. Won’t be using again.

    Easy Parking
    The meet and greet parking with overnight stay at Premier Inn excellent from parking to collection. Easy to follow directions then simple check in procedure. A few minutes walk to Premier Inn which was comfortable. Then just a stroll across the road to the North Terminal. Excellent service value for money.

    Cobhall parking and Premiere Inn GWK N
    Parking was easy and shuttle bus was prompt. Premiere Inn was yards from departures and decently appointed. No complaints at all. Easy and chilled way to start my trip!

    Shambles
    Who knows!!! It was closed for refurbishment and Holiday Extras still haven’t dealt with my refund request and then have the gall to ask me for a review of the place that didn’t even exist when I was there. If there’s any other option, choose it instead of Holiday Extras, zero customer service after sale!!

    Shirr walk to terminal.
    Once I found the way into the meet and greet zone, dropped the car,unpacked took one floor lift up to Departures it was great.Collection smooth and easy, car waiting near key collection point. KEEP TO THE RIGHT as you come off the traffic island and look for the HEIGHT RESTRICTION BAR to your right…it’s not far up the access road. If you miss it you’ll end up in the drop off zone and it costs £6 !!

    Good hotel and parking
    Hotel was comfortable and easy to find. Good instructions on how to get to Silverline parking. Parking check in and check out were very easy. Shuttle bus was convenient. Probably the easiest parking experience I have ever had at an airport.

    Rather book direct with local agent!
    I have used holiday extras for a very long time, however the last 3 years on booking our same holiday resort has been quite stressful either before or after. The drop down menu to book your “hotel” on line does not give options to complete an address ie an Airbnb so hence you have to continually chase customer service before the holiday which I have done . The first time they changed the address with the local agent and everything was ok. The 2nd time they changed the address but gave the wrong apartment number so we were a good 10 mins walk from the apartment. So I had to contact them whilst away to ensure this was updated for our return pickup. The third time was diabolical. The address was not updated but the local agent dropped me off at our location. I contacted holiday extras to Inform them that this had not been updated but because I had “travelled” on the booking they would not update it and said I would have to cancel it and rebooked – no thank you I had already paid for the service I am not paying for it again! They said I had to get in touch with the local agent which I tried on the watsapp number holiday extras gave me and it was just an AI botchat that looped round to say they couldn’t help me as I had booked it through an agent and to contact the agent ! I rang the number of the local agent you are given if they have not turned up to pick you up and they kindly updated it. Then the cheek of holiday extras rang me about 6 hours later saying they had sorted my booking…. So clearly they got my rath! They cannot use the excuse that the booking cannot be updated because I’d travelled already as the year before they had to update the number on the address because they clearly had it wrong. They will not contact the local agent for you…. So I think I would rather book direct with the local agent in future if I have to call the local agent and sort everything out myself!

    Excellent Service- The Best for Gatwick North Terminal
    Another excellent service, parking by the SOFITAL Hotel and then just walk across to the North Terminal. MAPLE PARKING do the rest . I will consider combining the Hotel for one night and with Maple Parking in the future, especially with an early flight and in the winter months.

    T2 West multi storey
    Third time I have used this car park.Excellent!!!! Tried to book for September, gutted, it is reported to be at capacity, already by 8th Jan. I will keep trying however
