Not flown from Glasgow Airport for years. I have now used direct parking twice and they are the best. No hanging around waiting. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Bus always there waiting to pick you up. Drivers friendly and help with luggage.
Easy to find car in car park too.

The taxi driver on the 6th January arrived in plenty of time for my return journey to Malta airport. He was also extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent service provided by both taxi drivers, I would definitely recommend this company.

However we returned to Manchester yesterday. After waiting 15 minutes a bus arrived. It was full from passengers from Terminal 1 & 3. We was told that buses were running 45 minutes late. It was freezing cold & a quite a big crowd waiting for the next bus. After waiting for an hour in the freezing cold & with no updates we decided to pay for a taxi to take us to the carpark! Quite a few others also did this. There was no attempts made to get extra buses to pick us up or keep us updated!

Please light up your signage!!! Parking is so unclear at this airport. If you have booked parking and hotel….directions should take you to the car park first not the hotel. Yes I know I had an email….. however I assumed directions link would take me to the correct place. Trying to find the correct holiday extras email amongst all the marketing emails you send is very time consuming….dont need so much junk. Please sort signage out. Even the multi story had no signage as to which way to walk for lifts/ hotels etc. Man in car park said they are not allowed to light up the signs as it’s not their car park!!! How ridiculous that you can only see the signs in the daylight!
