    Hot hotel!
    Hotel was just too hot, very uncomfortable room to sleep in and get ready in because of this. Also, service charge added onto my food order without even being asked and I would not say the service itself was particularly great. I like to be given option of whether I want to pay a service charge.
    Long stay parking was brilliant, definitely recommend that, I was a bit concerned as we were 45 minutes later than the time I put down getting back to car due to flight delays but we were not charged.

    Good but why the extra miles on the car..?
    This service was great for us – close to the airport terminal; easy to access the car park; swift service – all exactly what we needed for our trip away, however, four extra miles had been added onto the car’s mileage – my partner took a picture of the mileage before we left for our holiday and compared it to when we returned…

    Wonderful as always, from booking to arrival, glad car park now tarmaced, hotel comfortable and quiet just what we needed before early morning flight. Pizza in the Hilton for tea was great. Do not use anyone else.

    Once again parked the car no problem got the bus to terminal no problem and pick up on return flight was spot on. Highly recommended service. We use all the time when flying from Glasgow xxx

    GREAT SERVICE
    Honestly I was very skeptical because the price seemed too good to be true but it was exactly what it said on the tin. We did a meet and great as had a super early departing and late flight coming back. We literally dropped off the car at the terminal took a lift one level and was at departures. The staff were efficient and the whole process was swift. Will defo use again when travelling next year. Thank you

    Can't fault HE, but.... (Manchester airport)
    Booking was easy as was parking up and collecting my car. The price was reasonable in terms of it was similar to other parking,..

    But, I parked at 1/3 as I was returning to 1. I left from 2.
    It seemed to take almost an hour to get to T2, which is not well signposted.
    From T1 arrivals, it took about 30 mins – the last thing you want after a long flight.

    Excellent service all round
    Used Holiday Extras for airport parking. Really good value for money (competitors charging that little bit more!) and flawless parking (at Airparks). Simply entered the location, turned up, checked-in and parked! Then an airport bus every few minutes. Nice to be able to keep the car keys too so that the car stays put. On return to the car (after a 4 night city break) it had been cleaned! Wow. Very very impressed and will be booking all future airport parking with Holiday Extras again.

    Gatwick worth
    We have used this hotel on multiple occasions and never had a problem. However, this time we used them we got very little sleep due to the amount of noise in corridors and the room was very dusty. However, I do always feels very safe leaving my car here for 2 weeks and the process for collection is very easy.

    Terrible
    The room at The Sheraton Skyline Heathrow was very disappointing. It was dusty, there was a massive stain on the ceiling over the bed, sockets hanging off wall by bed, stains on carpet, food on carpet, plaster hanging from ceiling. No complimentary water. They told us they had upgraded us so goodness knows what the original room was like! Would never pay for a Sheraton again.

    Parking at EMA
    Easy access on entry with automatic number plate recognition and excellent location for the terminal which is why I chose this car park as had a night flight on return. The problem arose when I arrived back and could not exit the car park with several other cars also queuing to exit as the barrier system was broken and there was no call button for assistance, just an ominous screw driver left on top of it as if someone had been trying to mend it. Had to get out of the car and walk round to the entrance intercom. Operator wasn’t initially very helpful and pointed out I was at the entrance so I had to explain that I had had to abandon my car and then she did agree to raise the barrier. These systems are great if they work and not so great when it’s the middle of the night and dark and you re stuck in a car park and can’t get out.

    Easy
    Having decided to stay overnight at the Clayton Hotel for our early flight from Manchester Airport it was
    obvious we had made a good decision. Firstly we availed ourselves of the Twilight Bag Drop with Easyjet
    so easily, then called the hotel from Terminal 1 and were collected within minutes by an invaluable and courteous
    driver on their shuttle service. Then, we were taken to our nice hotel and room for a restful night’s sleep.
    Returning by shuttle in the morning.
    I could not fault the service and would stay again. A little pricy maybe hence 4 stars.

    Disappointing
    Direct Parking Paisley
    After booking my car in and downloading the booking on to my wallet in my iPhone I still had to stand and give information about my returning flight. On return the service was poor as the driver questioned 1 person who hadn’t checked in at the desk and wasn’t in their system. I thought that the details put in at point of booking and show the booking barcode would have been enough to get on the bus to the airport but I had to go through all my details again. I won’t use this car parking firm again for Glasgow Airport.
