    Great transfer at Tokyo Haneda airport
    I had a flight that landed 2am in the morning so needed a transfer that would take me straight to my hotel and take away the stress of catching a taxi. The transfer arranged through Hokiday Extras was brilliant. The driver was waiting for me at arrivals and took me quickly to my hotel. Just what I needed after a long trip.

    Good
    Parking at APH was very easy and then bus to North Terminal, just across road from North terminal entrance was Premier Inn lovely room and very quiet, only downside was the restaurant not great, dissapointing meal, but everything was fine. On arrival back text APH then got bus back to collect car. Will definatly use then again

    Hilton Garden Inn
    Absolutely beautiful hotel, staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. Certainly would have no hesitation in staying there again. Really good value for money and everything that you required. Very pleasant start to our holiday.

    What’s more it’s just a short walk to the Airport Terminal. No airport noise at all beds were very comfortable.

    Fabulous service
    APH provided a first class service. Lovely friendly staff including the very helpful drivers. Will definitely use them again. The Premier Inn we stayed in was ok. Very dated and smelt of overpowering air fresheners but ok for one night.

    Perfect yet again.
    Just a quick thank you for another perfect trip. Straight into the carpark, a genuine 5 min walk to the terminal and on my 2 hour late return, straight back out and on my way. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

    Amazing service
    I am so pleased with the team at Holiday Extra’s. this is the second time using their service and they delivered again. I read so many horror stories when there are minor issues or anything doesn’t go to plan from other companies, but I experienced an issue myself this time with my departure flight, I was unable to board a long-haul flight due to a technical issue. I had to collect my car unplanned and drop it off at a later date. The Team at Holiday Extras were so accommodating, I collected my car with no problems, they answered the phone within a few minutes and were polite and professional, the re booking when perfectly to plan, and my car was ready and waiting when I eventually got back from a 10-hour flight. Thank you, team, see you again soon.

    Great hotel/parking
    We arrived at hotel to be greeted by the most amazing reception staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast the next day was too, from the food to the service we recieved. Our only niggling was the walk to the terminal over 10mins not good in pouring rain. However there is a bus that stops there but no body mentioned the service. Some they might want to think about doing

    Mixed feelings
    Used M&G at Manchester Airport many times with no problems generally apart from very poor signage for M&G T2!! Went round the same roundabout twice and in the past we have ended up paying to exit the drop off area! On our return, retrieving our car was not easy as the usual system has changed since we last went in the spring. We eventually found we had to use a lift up to another floor. They parked our car so close to the next car, my husband had to enter via the passenger door even though it was parked in a disabled bay as requested.
    Clayton Hotel was great as usual, shuttle bus to and from the airport was perfect with helpful, polite drivers. Hotel reception was quick for check in and check out. Hotel room very comfortable, with tea and coffee facility, hairdryer and TV. Hotel bar – drinks prices are ok but not much choice re ciders. Food menu ok but very pricey. Staff warm and welcoming.

    Excellent as always
    Everything was spot on from our arrival right next to Terminal 2 to our return after our holiday. This facility is professional, friendly and extremely well organised. Would highly recommend.
