    Great service
    I booked this online, including providing my number plate details. The booking process was straight forward.
    I used the post code to get straight to the car park, which was well signposted.
    Car park recognized my car and let me in. Managed to get a space despite the car park being very busy. I noted down the bus stop number and row number which is a must as the car park is massive. Bus arrived in a few minutes and we were at the airport terminal in no time. On my return the signage was good at the terminal and although I just missed the first bus, another turned up in a reasonable timeframe. The bus driver and assistant were very nice and polite and even helped me with my bag, which was very heavy. Again the journey to the car park was good (good job I wrote down the bus stop and row number). Again the barrier recognized my car and we were off. Very impressed with the service from start to finish and will definitely be using them again

    Good
    On arrival, I was guided through the check in process. Return was equally smooth. Only problem was that I tried to contact Airparks to notify a change of flight and early arrival. Airpark number referred me, y pre-recorded message to ontact Holiday Extras website. Holiday Extras told me to contact Airparks. Ia real shame that you cannot call and speak to a human. However car was ready and waiting when I arrived anyway.

    Ridiculously expensive
    Given what we paid, (@£100 for 10 days parking), the service was adequate. However, the charge is simply a rip-off.

    Airport Parking
    Arrangements were very good and drop off very well organised. When we went to pick up the car it had been left in gear which could have caused an accident.

    Stay and parking in Luton
    Stayed over night with 8 days parking at the Hampton by Hilton, room comfortable, food ok, could not fault the parking or location

    Manchester Airport Hotel and Parking with Transfer to and from Airport
    First time using Travel Extras. Stayed at the hotel night before a very early morning flight departure. Excellent all round experience and would definitely book again.

    Leeds Bradford short stay
    Pre paid for short stay at Leeds Bradford. Used it before , but this time it didn’t open by ANPR- used microphone saying I pre-paid– let me in and Park. Upon return and trying to exit a charge of £238 was requested. After speaking to them, I had parked in Premium Short Stay not short stay- didn’t know there was a difference. You should warn there are 2 types of short stay at Leeds Bradford- ensure you use the correct one. They charged me another £23 on top of £68 pre paid for 3 days.

    Quick and Easy
    Excellent service. Drop off was quick and easy. Bus drivers couldn’t be more friendly, and key collection is automated on return – so no long queues. Price was great too – almost half what we pay at Bristol Airport. And a bonus we weren’t expecting was a top up charge for our Electric Vehicle.

    Stansted Meet and Greet
    Great service. Friendly staff. Always use as so convenient. Worth the extra money for Meet and Greet.

    Good, convenient
    Good service and easy to park. The barrier opened with ANPR on entry and exit and able to find parking easily. Only thing is quite expensive for a week stay despite the discount.

    Meet and greet
    Does what it says, very easy drop off and waiting on my return. Is this service a lot and always find it efficient. Worth the extra, although I do think all parking is expensive

    Southampton airport
    Used Southampton Airport for our cruise. Every thing was smooth from start to finish. The taxi firm called a week earlier to confirm passengers and qty and size of suit cases so they could send the right size vehicle. On the day on our journey to Southampton received another call from the guys at the airport to confirm we where on route and that was all ok and to confirm our eta so they could have the taxi waiting for us on arrival. The return was great as well, got out of the cruise terminal after collecting our luggage, called the number given to call on our return, sent taxi straight away, was waiting only five minutes, they also sent car type and registration for ease of identification. Great service through out, would recommend and will use again.
    Just for information, the car park is just that no facilities there, on exit number plate recognition,
    On arrival staff there to greet you. As stated every thing was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

    Very close to airport , automatic barrier worked on entrance and exit swiftly no hold ups .
