    Leeds Bradford transfer
    Fantastic service for parking at Leeds Bradford. It was very busy but we received a very quick efficient service. Highly recommend

    Gatwick Cambridge hotel & parking
    Would recommend staying overnight at the Cambridge hotel including parking.
    £5 pp transfer to airport. Very easy.
    They pick u up from airport and take you back to the hotel where you collect your car.
    Didn’t eat at hotel but menu looked nice. Room very clean.
    Will be using them again.

    Stansted Parking
    We pre booked parking for 1 week at the short stay blue car park
    Very easy to locate and park.
    When trying to leave the car park on our return we were told that we would need to pay nearly £600 to leave. After explaining that we had prepaid and producing email confirmation we were told that we had the incorrect ticket but not a problem and we left
    I have no issues with the service and would definitely use again but am still left wondering what we did wrong. We booked and received confirmation. Arrived and took the ticket presented to us and tried to leave with the same ticket. Bit of a head scratcher.

    Aspire lounge
    We have been to aspire lounge in Manchester on numerous occasions and always had a lovely relaxing start to our holiday,however Liverpool aspire a totally different experience, no glasses for orange juice we had to use cups, no proper plates for breakfast had to use side plates I did ask staff for plates but they said that’s what they use! Quality of food not up to standard will never use Liverpool lounge again really dissatisfied.

    Brilliant
    We have used this service a few times now and it’s 100% the best option for us. It can be cheaper than getting a taxi. Once we have our luggage we can literally get to the car a d head home.

    Simple, Easy and Great Price
    So easy to find our transfer, it took a little longer than expected as there were quite a few few people on going to different resorts and one couple had got lost but we got to our hotel with no issues. The return journey was direct as we were the last to be picked up so that was easy too – everyone spoke some English so very easy. Confirming our pick-up location and time was easy enough too with a simple phone call to English speaking staff – highly recommended,

    Excellent service
    Booked an airport transfer from Hurghada to our hotel and return. Driver waiting for us and pick up on time. Excellent, no hassel transfers.

    Airport Transfer
    Booked return airport transfer from Palma airport to Palma Nova hotel, everything was so simple, told where to find coach for journey to hotel, after short wait we were on our way, got to hotel within 2 hours of landing in Palma. Received text from coach company 24 hours before are return journey confirming our pick up time, coach arrived on time and journey back to airport was comfortable and quick. Can’t fault the service.

    LHR Hilton T5 Overnight stay & parking
    For overnight stay and 16 days parking this hotel is fine, if you’re flying from Heathrow’s terminal 5. Service is generally good, evening meal and breakfast were enjoyable and we had an undisturbed night’s sleep. Ideal!

    Unwholesome checking out, we booked a “day-use” room for our return to the UK, to ensure we were sufficiently rested post a trans-Atlantic flight and in preparation for a four hour drive home. Hotel check-in day-use usually starts at 10:00, however, as homebound flight was due to land at 07:05 we requested the room from 08:00. We were told that “this shouldn’t be a problem “.
    The home bound flight was delayed and we arrived at Hilton T5 at 09:20 expecting a room to be ready. Receptionist stated “check in starts at 10:00, for day use”. When told that the booking was for a check in from 08:00 the receptionist merely said the hotel was busy last night and that she would text housekeeping to see what they could do. The receptionist spent the next 40 minutes avoiding my gaze then, when I approached the desk, picked up the phone (personal view: avoidance tactic?). Finally made it to a room at 10:20 but was rudely awaken by someone trying to access the room at 13:20. The moral here: if you want a day-use room at the LHR Hilton T5 don’t think you’ll get it before 10:00, no matter what is agreed at time of booking.

    A great experience
    We pre-booked The Lounge at Gatwick. It was our first time.
    The welcoming staff greeted us and we heard them turn away unbooked guests stating the lounge was at full capacity and to try again later.
    The lounge was busy. However, there was plenty of areas of options to sit in comfort.
    All the staff were helpful, even the kitchen staff were singing, which put a smile on everyone’s face.
    The options of hot and cold food were fresh and tasty. There was a good option of hot and cold drinks.
    A very good price to start your holiday mood.
    We will definitely be pre-booking again very soon.

    Great Service
    Booked parking with Purple Parking.
    The Staff were really welcoming and provided clear instructions.
    The Shuttle bus came regularly, so we was not disappointed when we just missed the bus as we arrived.
    On return we had a bus waiting at the designated stops advised on our parking ticket. Brilliant service, we will be using them again.

    Airport/Hotel Shuttle Service (Ibiza)
    I booked an airport/hotel shuttle service after reading many positive reviews about the company. The initial booking was easy and the price was competitive. I boarded the shuttle at Ibiza airport (after asking at the desk where I could find the minibus as the map I had been texted wasn’t detailed enough) and was then dropped off at a different location to my hotel. I was travelling alone and had arrived at 10pm so felt quite vulnerable having to look at my phone for directions whilst dragging my case behind me. The hotel was 400m away from the drop off point. I’d never stayed at this hotel before so had no idea where it was until I bought data for my phone to use G/Maps. There was no mention of the drop off/pick up location being different to my hotel during the booking process. This caused unnecessary stress at the beginning of my holiday. Had I known about this in advance, I could have pre-planned the journey from the bus top to the hotel whilst in the comfort of my own home. 24 hours before my return journey, I received a text saying that I would be collected from the same location – not ideal but at least I knew where it was the second time around.
