    Long wait for bus
    Waited over 45mins for the bus to pick us up. It was freezing only one bus was working . Totally unacceptable.

    Awful dreadful service
    We must have used Jet Parks 3 at Manchester over 10 times. We have always received great service.
    However we returned to Manchester yesterday. After waiting 15 minutes a bus arrived. It was full from passengers from Terminal 1 & 3. We was told that buses were running 45 minutes late. It was freezing cold & a quite a big crowd waiting for the next bus. After waiting for an hour in the freezing cold & with no updates we decided to pay for a taxi to take us to the carpark! Quite a few others also did this. There was no attempts made to get extra buses to pick us up or keep us updated!

    Stress free parking
    Excellent service, no messing around trying to find a parking spot when we got there, and the car was parked up ready for us when we returned. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and the drivers on the buses were very helpful. Waiting times for buses were definitely not excessive. We have used this service at other airports and have always been very satisfied, so I would recommend it and will be using it again.

    Poor signage and directions from reception
    Mostly use meet and greet but this time directions from receptionist was poor and blue section poorly signed and lit.
    Car park attendant was very helpful though and fetch my car to me 👍

    Badly signposted parking Birmingham airport
    I booked this as an alternative to meet and greet, maybe my own fault initially- I clicked on the app for directions as it offered them. It took me to the hotel which was right outside the airport – NOT to the parking. So I Find myself on the airport road in the dark and torrential rain unable to then look up where the parking was as you cannot stop- eventually thought it must be the adjacent multi story. It wasn’t, that’s another story as was charged for being h in there mistakenly…. Went into the hotel. The lady on desk looked at my booking as I asked if I was parked in correct place- she said I should be in meridian parking…. So left my luggage and went there. Torrential rain /flooding and dark, plus I was soaked. Arrived there after exiting multi story- and being charged. they couldn’t find the booking. Eventually girl in cabin directed me to express parking. Trying to find that on sat nav was impossible- kept taking me around the coned off roundabouts- went around 3 or 4 times and into wrong areas. Decided to pull into what I could see was a car park. Signage was not lit, could only make out it was express parking when I got right up to the sign. Once there it was fine.
    Please light up your signage!!! Parking is so unclear at this airport. If you have booked parking and hotel….directions should take you to the car park first not the hotel. Yes I know I had an email….. however I assumed directions link would take me to the correct place. Trying to find the correct holiday extras email amongst all the marketing emails you send is very time consuming….dont need so much junk. Please sort signage out. Even the multi story had no signage as to which way to walk for lifts/ hotels etc. Man in car park said they are not allowed to light up the signs as it’s not their car park!!! How ridiculous that you can only see the signs in the daylight!

    Car Parking
    Good size spaces for those of us with larger cars. Unfortunately had issues getting both in and out as number plate recognition not recognising my plate. Also quite a lengthy wait for the shuttle bus both times

    Cheapest parking
    First time I used purple parking it was difficult to find due to the fact that the gps didn’t indicated properly where the parking was. Now I find it easy, cheaper and the service is really efficient. It’s my favourite parking at Gatwick.

    Very convenient
    Easy to find the place, straight in, parked and on the bus to the airport within minutes.
    Slightly longer wait on return, but nothing much.
    Back in the car and on the road within a few minutes again.
    Would definitely use again.

    Gap as Always
    I’ve used Purple Parking every time I fly from Gatwick, always happy, car left as it was, less than half a mile driven, I wouldn’t use any one else

    Airport parking
    I booked 3 nights parking at the long stay at Liverpool airport. My booking was not recognised by the system and I was asked to pay £110 to exit the car park. I have booked many times before with the same car without any problems but this time I had to go into the nearby hotel and spend a long time trying to sort this issue.

    Easy and good value
    Have used Holiday Extras numerous times for hotels, car parks and a combination of both at multiple airports. They often discount the standard price and allow you to modify or cancel bookings easily and without charge.

    Purple parking
    The perfect place to park my vehicle to start my holiday, a welcoming office, received my return ticket got cases out of car and left it to be parked by company. Journey to airport north terminal by bus took 15 min and returned a week later with little waiting time.On return an hour or so late flight received my car key directed to car and proceeded on my way. Highly recommended.
