    Very accessible and straightforward parking
    I always park in this car park when flying from Liverpool. It’s a no fuss and easily accessed car park. Yes, it looks full but you can always find a nearby space if you’re patient enough.

    Excellent service
    Discovered we would arrive 2 hours earlier than expected, quick phone call established that was fine.
    Car awaiting our pick up again slightly earlier than booked.
    Have used Maple Parking at Gatwick before and had no issues whatsoever.

    Drop and Go at MAN
    No reflection on Holiday Extras, but this was the cheapest on site option (but still a rip off). There is no reason to operate this drop and go system, its a basic multi storey car park after all. Much prefer to park myself and keep my keys but for some reason MAN airport wants to charge me even more for this. For an almost brand new car park, the bays are stupidly narrow, rather than reflecting the width of modern cars. All in all, as with most things at MAN airport, expensive and inconvenient.

    Airport lounge at Palma airport
    Absolutely dreadful selection of food and most of the beers were warm. All the food that was meant to be hot was cold, potatoes looked par boiled and inedible. Desperately disappointing – the crisps that were available were the most appetising thing there – a complete waste of money!!!

    Fabulous service at Southampton airport – car was waiting for me when I arrived back, no waiting round at all – very easy

    I Love meet and greet parking at north terminal
    Car arrived late as there was a shortage of drivers, not sure why this was my problem. Car was returned with damaged windscreen and we were advised this was due to extreme hot and cold snap over the last week

    Very hard work
    This time we were in car park 2. Never again we had heavy suitcases I have a hip problem My Daughter had to try & get the 2 suitcases &help me with all those steps a nightmare. When we came back we had the same problem again & the car was covered in dust from this car park. To top it off we couldn’t get out of the car park as the barrier didn’t recognise my No. plate after paying £101 the car next to me couldn’t get out either. This car park is Deffinatly not user friendly consider what you charge for 7 days.

    Barrier
    First time using this car park and the barrier did not open via the number plate recognition system. Quite frustrating when cars are behind you waiting. The operator dealt with it okay but still not a good first experience

    Long wait for shuttle bus on return
    We waited for approximately 40 minutes outside in the cold for the shuttle bus to Jet Parks 1 . Would not use again for this reason
