There was a tiny shelter, a few couples there already, waited over 40 minutes for the bus, attendant came down to the shelter, counted how many persons then proceeded to make a phone call, after which the bus then arrived. It was so cold, no indoor shelter and such slow transportation, I will never use this car park again. Booked as it was closer to the airport than the one we use normally where they park for you but took a lot longer to get to the airport! Awful set up, and if we ever use Luton airport again I’ll go back to our usual car park.

One negative was on the way from airport to hotel (which was only a 45 min drive) the driver stopped after about 35/40 mins at a station lay-by to have a smoke and chat to his friend. We were therefore waiting in the car for 15 mins. This was really annoying given it was a short journey there was no need for a rest for the driver, it was only about 5 mins away from hotel so he could easily have dropped us off first then gone there, and it was about 10pm at night and we just wanted to get to our hotel after a full day travelling. I’m not sure if it was some sort of commission thing where they hope we buy something from there when we stop but either way, unnecessary and inconvenient.

Had to phone for assistance to gain entrance and again when leaving the car park. Stressing when there is a queue of cars behind you.
The bus drop off and collection faultless.
