    Great Lounge, great staff, great food
    Not the lounges fault but we booked a 3 hour experience but we’re flying with Easy Jet who do not open their check in desk until 2 hours before the flight By the time we cleared check in and security and had to leave time to walk to the gate , we only had 40 minutes in the lounge. I suggest you check with the airline when they open check in.

    Brilliant location
    This hotel is ideal location for gatwick. Easy to find and we always walk to the airport only ten minutes walk which is quite refreshing. Not over impressed with the menu in the bar but we didn’t need to eat . Found the rooms a little dated and our tv did not work and they didn’t come to fix it . Leaving the car in the car park is ideal and just keep our keys . Would highly recommend

    Gatwick Parking
    A bit difficult to find the location of drop off however that is my fault as I didn’t read the instructions very well. Then I had to get back across to the north terminal to stay at the hotel, but all in all it wasn’t really that bad.

    Perfect service
    The service was perfect arrived and they booked me in within 2 seconds (literally). Shuttle bus was waiting and took 3 minutes to get us to the departures. Same on return

    Needs a big improvement on the Bus transportation to/from Heathrow Terminals
    I have used the Heathrow Purple parking numerous times as it is a very safe Park and Ride location. The parking drop off and pickup is very easy and quick. My only complaint with them is that they only use one bus to take passengers to all the terminals and the same bus brings arriving passengers back to the car park. Getting to T2 in the early morning took 40 minutes! On my return journey to the carpark, I understand the bus had broken down and people before me were waiting for over an hour for the bus to arrive.
    Come on Purple parking, surely you can afford to run two buses as a minimum, one for T2/T3 and one for T5.
    For all Heathrow passengers, allow extra time to get to and from the airport. The one bus only system is a very slow and tedious journey. Then there is the issue of the bus being overcrowded with passengers wanting to return to the carpark.

    Car Hire
    The service received at the airport was severely lacking. They blocked my card for any possible insurance claim because holiday extras had my money and not them and if anything happened I would have to pay it and then go through a lengthy re-claim! The car was poor quality and damaged in several places. Won’t be hiring a vehicle through holiday extras again

    Denied access to Lounge in Barbados
    This was booked by myself for family members to finish off a holiday to Barbados, However upon arriving at the lounge we were told our voucher on my wallet was incorrect and I should have been given a 16 diget code! Which I didn’t have. Because of the time difference I was unable to contact anyone.upon my return to England.I emailed customer services 12th November.To date I haven’t received a reply nor have I received a refund.overall very poor service.

    Very easy excellent service
    Wonderful, super easy to book and ammend. We had to change the booking 3 times, but no problem with changing dates/times or even the airport. The system had opened the gates for us and we were let out without any issues, free transfer to the airport was quick and the instructions on how to find the parking were clear. We will definitely book again, great service👍

    Faro airport transfer
    Borranessa transfers were used by holiday extras to albufeira from faro airport, great communication kept us up to date with timings, process, driver name and car info. Would highly recommend 🚗👍
