    Parking and hotel
    I booked both hotel and parking. The hotel itself (Hilton) wasn’t as premium as expected and felt quite outdated considering the price. Two half used toilet rolls in the bathroom and the room was generally outdated. Booked this hotel as we knew we were arriving late and wanted to eat in the restaurant, but restaurant times on the website didn’t match and the restaurants and they closed an hour earlier then advertised. Check in staff were not that helpful and didn’t seem to know what time the restaurants opened or closed either, as they gave us different hours to what was stated online and what the restaurants told us they were open until. Overall a bit disappointing. The hotel itself isn’t well signposted either and it’s actually quite difficult to find.

    The parking team were efficient and friendly, but the offside parking process did feel a bit out of the way plus long waits for the shuttles

    Car Hit in the Car Park!
    Hotel was comfortable and perfectly located.
    However! On our return my car had been hit with the other persons plastic from their break light on the floor around mine. I went into reception at the hotel who were unable to help or let me know how to access any CCTV, apart from giving me a card to call somewhere else. I rang that number and haven’t been able to speak to a person. My insurance company say it is up to me to prove someone else hit my car, therefore I am liable.
    I appreciate that stuff happens sometimes, however I would appreciate some assistance in perhaps searching the CCTV to see whether the incident was recorded!

    Great Value
    Europa Gatwick
    Amazing staff that were only too happy to help.
    There were a couple of issues with the room we had been allocated but the reception quickly addressed these. Unfortunately arrived too late to use the swimming pool but made use of bar, restaurant, pool table, vending machines etc. Top tip – it’s primarily contact less but the pool table and vending machines required cash. £20 e/w cab to Gatwick North was good value and service too

    Terrible
    I couldn’t use the parking due to a death in the party we was going away with! Clearly knew we didn’t use parking and we could have not pre warned about this or let them know! And wouldn’t show any discretion at all in the matter and point black refused any refund

    Premier inn North Terminal you done it again 👏 dueled with meet & greet your just what we need & you certainly achieved once more . Just so easy which is always good when travelling 🙂 meal deal ( evening meal & breakfast ) just great value for money & worth doing 😋 x well done all we will be back 👍👏 John x

    Very good
    Found a space, parked the car the bus arrived and off we went. On return phoned for the bus as it was after midnight, bus arrived and took us back for the car. Excellent service

    Long delay for bus disappointing
    Plenty of spaces on arrival, however, signage was confusing especially in the dark on returning to car. We had a really long wait for a bus from T1 over 30 minutes, appreciate it was early hours of the morning but lots of passengers in the same queue. Within the time waiting 2x Jetparks 3 buses arrived which are my preferred option.

    Always easy to book
    I’ve used holiday extras several times to book car parking and sometimes airport hotels. The website is always easy to use. Do your research on the car parks and hotels before selecting them. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is the website won’t let me change to my new e-mail address, and discount offers come to my old address. The only way I can change it (I was told by customer services) was to make a booking from my new address, but then I wouldn’t get a discount as I wouldn’t be booking through the offer sent to my old in box.

    Terrible Service
    Poor service from start to finish, please avoid at all costs!!!

    I followed all of the instructions, phoned 30 mins prior to arrival & had to wait another 35 mins for someone to collect my keys. Then the individual grunted at me to pay for the parking ticket so he could take my car (which by this time was over £10 as I had been waiting for so long). I also received a comment about my expected arrival time being 1 hour earlier then planned which would have made me think after the phone call they should have been expecting me. The delay at the car park arrival caused me to miss my pre-booked security check & I almost missed my flight.

    On my return I followed the instructions & called the minute I landed thus ensuring my car would definitely be there by the time I made it through passport control. I arrived at the kiosk to be told my car wasn’t there due to my flight number provided (which was on time) & I should have called. I explained to the very unhelpful car parking attendant who advised me to call up again, so I did. Another 30 minutes passed before my car arrived. I was forced to sign a return slip without being given the opportunity to inspect my car before hand. My car looked like it had been parked in a field under a full tree of birds, it didn’t look like this when I dropped it off!

    The cost of this “service” was more than double that of the Heathrow official parking. I only booked this service as it was last minute. If I have to book last minute again it’ll be cheaper to get a taxi to and from the airport than use this shocking excuse of a car parking service.

    Parking at overnight stay at Hilton
    This holiday extras package at Birmingham was brilliant fabulous easy self park at airparks and stay at Hilton Garden Hotel fabulous value for money

    No Trolleys at the car park
    No Trolleys at the car park so disabled passengers can get luggage to departures and staff not exactly helpful

    Not great, just okay
    When we arrived for our pre booked parking it showed the car park was full, so went to PremiAir car park 2 when I was told I was booked into car park 1 and to go back and press the help button. We had plenty of time before our flight but this, and trying to find a space in a badly laid out car park where many cars were practically abandoned was a wee not stressful. It was fine but definitely not the best experience. It would have been awful if we’d been pushed for time as the bus took a wee while to arrives too.

    Extremely small spaces for the amounts charged
    The entering and leaving the car park went very smoothly BUT to find a space was awfull we haven’t got a big car but many people have and the spaces were so small fortunately for us someone moved from a one sided space and we were able to park further away from the car next to us so we could exit the drivers side in more comfort and not do any damage to the large car in the space next to us.or visa versa.
    Neither of us are large people so these spaces are definitely very very small when large SUVs are parked.
    The price of car parking at airports is astronomical almost dearer than the flights and holiday extras are very competitive on price as well but still very expensive and the worry of getting your car damaged
