    Not happy
    We arrive at the Europa Hotel for about 6:27 to twenty to seven. I booked us and my car in and told the lady at the desk that we paid for a three course meal and breakfast. After looking in to this as she said we were not booked in for this .she found that we were but told us that the restaurant was shut but we could have three things from the bar menu
    So we went up to the bar and the man in charge of the restaurant said there was no steak .so we ordered our three courses which did not cover the £30 .and only to see the waiter come out with two plates with steaks on them for the couple behind us
    We had paid in advance and should not have been treated any differently then some one paying cash or card on the day .this man lied so I.wont be using this place again. Which is a shame as its a nice place and the rest of the staff were great. This is down to one man .we were looking forward to our three courses with the main course being a Carvery as it was .and to be told it was shut but we could use the pub restaurant. We thought ok .but then to be told something was off when it wasn’t. Has put me off .

    Good hotel; less clwar about transfers
    The Best Western was good – friendly, efficient and comfortable. But the information about the transfer to the airport was incorrect. Holiday Extras stated that there is a hoppa service, but this is not correct. The hotel provides a transfer on the hour from the hotel (not a Hoppa) for £8.00 pp, or a taxi for £23. No return service. A taxi for this from the airport was £16.60.

    Airport transfers
    Booked Airport transfers for Crete last May due to 6 passengers , the driver waiting for us in Airport upon arrival, picked us up as per agreed time for return to airport .
    Booked again for Barcelona 2 weeks ago . Again driver waiting for us at the airport , I was kept up to date by tx messages, picked up at exact time for return journey .
    Would defo book this service again

    Multi storey Bristol airport
    It is convenient to park here even with the current z as iterations at the airport and the extra walk. Need more indication of where there are spaces you end up driving round for ages looking for a space & ending up on the roof

    Brilliant Service
    First time I have used Meet & Greet but best ever. No hassle easy to use and car ready for collection on return – they even had the heater on as it was 0 degrees. Will certainly always use this service in future as one less thing to worry about.

    Excellent overnight stay
    The Hilton Hotel on terminal was perfect! So easy to get to the terminal the next day on foot. Plenty of dining options to choose from in the hotel (although pricey as expected) and a clean, welcoming room.
    The Purple Parking staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. Even though parking is of sight, the shuttle to the airport is frequent and takes only 10 minutes or so.
    Would highly recommend.

    We dropped the keys off with know issues bus was waiting , very straight forward . Would definitely use again.

    Fabulous service again
    Have used MBW meet and greet several times from terminal 5 very successfully. This time dropped at terminal 3 and returned to terminal 5, worked just as well. Absolutely the best value and so easy

    Mid 3 Parking
    Have used Holiday Extras for all our car parking when going away without any problems or hassle. We usually use the Jet Parks with shuttle but on this occasion it was not available so had to use Mid 3 instead. Easy to book, instructions to get there easy to follow, parked car up and went on holiday.
    On returning it took a little while for me to locate my car (my fault, I usually take a photo) when I did I loaded my luggage and proceeded to the barrier, it did not rise after a few minutes and pressing every button on the machine nothing happened. I then had to reverse back from the barrier look on my phone at the booking, what to do in this situation, I had pressed every button and got zero response so I tried again and this time as soon as I approached the barrier lifted so all was ok. After a long flight this is the last thing you need especially when it’s dark and for this reason only 4 stars 😕

    Holiday Extras
    I always book through Holiday Extras. They always give an excellent service, the website is easy to use to see the price comparisons and I have always found it cheaper to book through them than to book direct with the Hotel.

    Thistle Hotel T5 Heathrow
    Thistle Pods are not easy to find from T5. Having eventually found them, on pressing the screen Thistle Hotel is not an option, only Pod Parking. Phoned the hotel for help but the Receptionist didn’t know! Another traveller gave me the information I needed. The advertised price for a return journey is 11 pounds, but I was charged 16 pounds and was too tired to query it.
    The hotel is very nice, room was clean and plenty of towels etc.
    There was nothing to say a table had to be booked for dinner, most were reserved so I was lucky to get one. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced with a good view of planes landing and taking off.
    Staff were pleasant and helpful.I would stay here again.

    Mid stay parking
    We passed the car park entrance because the directions were wrong, but retraced our steps. For some reason our registration number is never recognised so we always have to get assistance, but they are usually quick and helpful.
