    Terrible service on pick up and drop off. I’ve used the services before and never encountered a problem. I have sent a formal complaint and now await your response. I won’t go into detail.

    Good Car hire but not perfect
    We chose an Alamo vehicle from the Holiday Extras list of Economy cars for hire- An automatic Vauxhall Corsa. Our plane was early into Belfast International airport. That car was not available at that time so we accepted a Compact Manual instead, rather than wait for an unknown time. I asked the Alamo representative if there was a reduction for a manual car . No, but we could wait. He couldn’t say for how long. We accepted the Manual transmission car offered. The Alamo staff were pleasant and efficient and the car a Nissan Juke, was clean and all was fine with the pickup and return.

    Reliable….Brilliant
    This is the fourth time of using this Meet and Greet through Holiday Extras and they’ve been brilliant! The cars are always returned just as you’d left them with the agreed mileage.
    And they are reliable! Definitely recommend

    Excellent Service As Always

    Liverpool airport hotel and parking
    Great value for the hotel and car parking. Car park is easy to access and is at rear of hotel. The hotel is literally across a road to reach terminal building. So very convenient. The Hilton is not posh but is clean, staff are helpful and room was absolutely comfortable and fine with view over the airport. Hotel also has a small gym. The evening food menu is limited but food was very good. Exit from car park on return was easy and hassle free.

    Excellent Service Strongly recommend
    As going on 35 day cruise it was great to be able to park in doors. Found very easy greeted and drove the car into where it was to be kept.
    Very professional and polite. They took our mileage andphotos of car. Then took us and luggage to the ship. On return we text them when we were about to leave the ship and they were waiting at the designated place. I would strongly recommend this company and the fact that your car in under cover and protected.

    Holiday extra meet and greet parking Stansted
    Meet and greet parking at Stansted through holiday extra is always good value for money, have booked multiple times for a few years now as we travel regularly, never had any problems and would highly recommend

    Absolutely the best parking solution
    Super easy drop off very close to departures and totally uncomplicated pick up from the same place. We were on the road home way before some other people on the same flight, we waved to them as we drove past!
