    Delta Hotels Marriott Windsor
    Perfect stopover for our next day flight out of Heathrow and also included car parking for our vacation. Excellent breakfast and for an extra £1 use of VIP lounge in the evening. We also used WeKnowLondon for our hotel to airport transport direct to Terminal 5 which is a great service.

    Birmingham Airport Parking
    Carpark 1 Birmingham Airport excellent I wish there were more disabled bays though we always seem to end up on level 6. Lifts are accessible from 6th floor but dread to think if the lifts were out of order

    Excellent
    Parking at Liverpool is convenient and very easy to use. Have used on a number of occasions and have always been very happy. Will definitely use again!

    Easy parking
    Easy to find and easy to use, just a couple of niggles. Part of Zone 9 at Leeds Bradford wasn’t lit, at 3.30am it would be better to be lit. Also, there could be a few more signs pointing towards the bus stop, we only found it due to following someone. All in all, a good experience.

    No booking. Then charged for the meal.
    I booked the Radisson as a treat prior to our travelling, a good nights rest, a nice meal and parking, no hassle.

    Unfortunately, this was not the case. On arrival the hotel had no record of our reservation. We had to stand around for 10 minutes after a 5 hour drive waiting for our booking to be found. I then had to show the confirmation email to the staff member, who said he had sorted it all out. He said he had given us an upgraded room, this was no different to any other I’ve been in. Anyway, check in complete, we booked into the restaurant for our prepaid 2 course meal. We had to wait almost an hour for a cold starter whilst people around us were served despite arriving after us. The meal was altogether not very good. I told the staff the meal was part of a package, they assured me I should sign for the meal and it would be deducted. This I did, trusting them. We then went on our holiday.
    During the holiday I decided to check my bank account, surprise deduction of £80 from Radisson Blu. I immediately emailed holidayextras informing them of the issue, still no reply to date, 2 weeks later. I did not call the hotel from abroad as it would have incurred a charge. On return for our car, I spoke to a guy at reception, who assured me the issue would be dealt with on Monday (this was Saturday). Monday came, still nothing. I have made another call to the hotel to now be told the reservation did not include a meal offer. So now I am having to send proof.

    I have never had an issue with holidayextras organising our stays and parking before so can only presume this is the hotels issue, but who knows. I am still at the time of writing £80 down after already paying £285. Not impressed!

    A Little Expensive but Worth It
    I got lost trying to find the pick point on my return Don’t remember receiving any instructions for that It was simple once I had found the place to pick the car though

    Hotel and Parking for LHR
    Used the Renaissance Hotel many times for O/N stay with parking for the duration of our holiday. Good quiet rooms, safe parking with hassle free check in and car collection at the end of the holiday. Evening meals available at decent nearby pubs.

    Gone down in quality
    Used it for along time not the same value for money took half a hour to get a table food mediocre noisy long queque for bar booked 2 hours probably got half a hour not book again
