    Parking and hotel
    This was an excellent choice, straight forward parking done within 10 minutes of arriving in Gatwick Airport
    2 minutes walk to hotel Premier Inn
    5 minutes and we were in departure lounge
    On return back to airport we were back in car within 10 minutes of leaving arrival terminal
    Cannot fault this firm

    Easy & no issues
    We have used meet and greet T2 manachester a few times and will again

    The process is easy instructions clear , literally right by the terminal hassel free parking

    Gatwick South Terminal valet parking.
    Very straightforward both dropping off and collecting. Helpful staff. Will definitely use again.

    No Barrier problems
    Having read some other recent reviews, I can only say that we had no problems with the barrier at Gatwick.
    The Sofitel Hotel was comfortable and convenient for an early morning flight.

    East Midlands Airport Car Park 2
    Have always booked with Holiday Extras and have always had a smooth and easy experience. This occasion was no exception. Car Park was really close to Airport Departures. My only gripe is looking for a space as the car park always seems full to capacity but we do always find a space eventually. Would be nice to have some car park attendants on hand to direct to available spaces.

    Barrier
    We’ve used your service at several airports over the years without problems but on past 2 occasions now the barrier has not raised on approach. We arrived back in UK last night and again the barrier didn’t budge, instead it came up on the display that I needed to insert my card and pay £120.00, seriously I paid when I booked in January. Last thing I needed when it was dark and raining!

    Airport parking Liverpool
    All went smoothly. Approached barrier and opened no problem. Same on the way out. Definitely recommend Holiday Extras. 10 out of 10.

    Disappointed finish
    Arrived at EM airport and had no problem finding the car park. All went well until our return. 8pm and it’s dark. We drive up to the barrier and it doesn’t open. Reversed out and tried three times. Eventually we found the help button and the operative remotely opened the barrier for us. It wasn’t what we needed after a long flight. Have used you before and had no problems so have no idea what went wrong as other cars were going through OK.

    Meet and Greet T1
    I’ve used meet and greet at T1 a number of times over the years with no issues. Unfortunately on this occasion the experience on the return trip was not as good as previously.
    Manchester Airport has massively improved its game this year and it was a breeze departing and on return.
    We landed at midnight & by 0045 we’d gone through customs looking forward to being in our own bed within an hour. After collecting our car keys we followed the instructions and with 2 heavy cases traipsed across the car park to the designated area to find no sign of my car. I walked up & down the coloured areas to try & find my car to no avail. We had to go back to the reception, luggage in tow, to try & find a member of staff. After looking around for 5 or 10 minutes we found a lady who took us back to the designated area only to confirm our car wasn’t there. The lady was very helpful & walked up & down the car park eventually finding our car in a completely different area of the car park.
    A fairly minor inconvenience but not what you want at the end of a long, tiring day.

    Dissapointing Car Rental Experience
    I booked my car hire in Lisbon through Holiday Extras . On returning the vehicle I was charged for minor damage I did not cause . I would expect a booking agency to fully support my dispute which was unfortunately not forthcoming. The dispute is still on going.

    Simple and Easy
    First time using this parking service. Easy to find, bus was regular, so didn’t wait too long, and the online booking service was great keeping us updated. Will definitely use it again.
