    Pre flight to Madeira
    Excellent service throughout from initial booking to hotel stay and Car handover. No hassle and no fuss which allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening prior our early morning flight.

    Great meet and greet
    Meet and greet at Birmingham Airport was excellent. Easy drop off and pick up. Few minutes walk to departures!/arrivals so perfect. Car already at pick up point when we got thee. Efficient and friendly staff.

    Good value
    Plenty of choices with fresh hot food plus plenty of other breakfast options included fruit, pastries, yogurts and cereals. Tables cleared promptly and staff pleasant .

    Great Service
    Easy and slick service. Dropped car off in the early hours and jumped on a bus to the airport, only took about 10 mins. Coming back again nice and slick. Walked to bus stop and a bus arrived in minutes, dropped off and had my keys back in minutes. Would recommend and use again.

    Drop and go- will not book again
    Instructions for where to pick up car key on return need to be clearer on Holiday Extras information. My husband wasted time looking round the terminal. We waited half an hour for the pick up bus, far too long. We were on the pickup bus for a further half an hour doing a tour of the environs of Manchester airport because the driver thought the traffic was too great on the normal route. Fail to see how it could have been any worse. Took one hour from luggage carousel to our car.

    Transfer did not turn up
    We were left at Tenerife airport driver was not there no one at their desk rang two telephone numbers that were on paperwork no one answered either.
    Trying to claim a refund ….

    Unhappy
    On my return I wasn’t meet at meet amd greet point, instead, I was picked up and dropped to the parking where my car was parked. So while paying extra money for meet and greet service, I been provided with regular parking service, with no refund. Not saying that I with my family, including little one, freeze while waiting.

    The Gateway by easyJet & No1 Lounges
    Small area, very limited food of fairly low standard. Selection of drinks were ok. The staff were great and polite

    The driver was waiting for us on arrival and collected us promptly, I was updated with texts throughout keeping me up to date with times etc

    Wouldn't say in the hotel again
    Stayed in Brittania hotel in Manchester and hotel needs knocked down. Was so old and dated. Constant doors slamming so no one could sleep. So run down and beds super uncomfy. Worst of all breakfast finished at 9:30?! Never seen a breakfast finishs so early?? It’s an airport hotel so people arrive all times of the night? Will say, the rooms were clean and that’s about it.

    Premier Inn with parking
    Amazing & lovely hotel premier inn south parks at Manchester airport! Parking changed to a car park near the train station used the skywalk, amazing experience thank you very much!
