    Peaceful and relaxing experience
    Used the no1 lounge Heathrow as wanted to be away from busy airport terminal. We were seated in a quiet area with comfy chairs and a relaxing atmosphere
    Food was ok with a good selection but only tried a small snack and enjoyed the drinks.

    Sadly disappointing
    Booked 10 days parking and 1 night stay for our return. Car parking fine but taxi was £18.50 to airport (less than 5 minute ride) and return was £19. 20 and NOT the £12.50 each way quoted on Holiday Extras website. Room was clean and quiet, but the approach to room was covered in debris, not easy when trailing 2 suitcases along. We were tired, it was late and room was ok so we slept and left early intending to mention state of corridor but didn’t get chance as receptionist was dealing with “carpet fitters” which explained what was happening in corridor but at the very least they or hotel staff should have ensured all residue from carpet laying was cleared away. Will not use again .

    Demanding tips
    I’ve used holiday extras a few times for airport transfers but the most recent one in Sharm el Sheikh was the worst. From the moment we entered the van, the driver kept going on about tips and demanding we pay him extra for simply taking out bags out of the boot. Really disappointed as we paid quite a bit for a very short journey but did so for the convenience and did not expect to have to pay extra to the demanding driver.

    Exeter parking
    Booked Exeter airport long stay parking , easy process and trouble free entrance and exit.
    The parking is a couple of minutes walk from terminal.will use again if flying from Exeter.

    Parking
    Easy to find T3 multi story no problem with barriers. Straight into terminal which made it easier only problem was landing back in T2 and having to find the way back through all the renovations. Waited for the bus for a bit but after the: that came and didn’t stop at T3 we walked

    the extra mile
    leaving from one terminal and returning to another is always a complete pain –Manchester Meet & Greet made life much easier –they simply delivered the car back to our arrival terminal–thanks

    Short Stay Parking Blue
    Booked 6 weeks out after keeping an eye on prices for a few months and looking for a cheaper option. Turns out if you want to park close to Stansted there isn’t one! The car park was well signposted from the M11 until you are near the actual entry point when it is down to you!! After finding the right area it took about 10 mins to find a space as it was very busy but other than that it was all good. We needed a space within walking distance due to having 2 kids under 10 and a flight landing at 11pm with a 90 minute drive home so this hit the brief and we’d book again if flying from Stansted

    Excellent service
    This is the second time we have used Valet parking at Stansted Airport ,it’s so easy and convenient and the staff are efficient and friendly .Our flight was delayed so we messaged the number we were given and our car was waiting for us at zone C as soon as we came out of departures. Excellent service !

    Jetparks Ringway
    Used jetparks numerous times. Really easy to use. Barrier autoamtically reads the VRM and opens. Find a place to park, walk to the bus stop, get on. Its as simple as that…its huge, so you must take a picture of where you parked and remember what stop to get off at when you return. Its as simple as that. Yes there is some gravel that can be dirty however, you can walk on the road to the bus stop.

    Car parking experience
    We arrived at Manchester car park, found a car parking bay, got cases then looked for a bus stop, saw a bus and then headed towards bus stop. Had to try and manoeuvre 2 suitcases, one hand luggage case across gravel. Got on the walkway between lanes, it was a mixture of gravel and mud, cases and my clothes ended up covered in white mud. Eventually got to bus stop, waited 20 minutes or more, got driven to airport.
    On return from holiday waited 40 minutes outside at 11:30pm for bus to arrive. Got to car park, no idea which bus stop we had to get off, got off headed to lane marking and walkway between bays, once again had to drag cases across gravel and mud to get to car.
    No clear identification as to where bus stops are, gravel and puddles not the best scenario to get from car to bus stop.
    Unfortunately, I had already booked Jet Parks, Ringway for my next holiday parking, not looking forward to it, will never use again after this.

    Transfer was ridiculously early
    I was travelling alone from turkey to England …the flight was 8.45 am …they picked me up from the hotel at 2.40 for an hour’s drive to the airport
    5 hours to hang around and airport was ridiculous…I messaged the transfer company who basically said tough …and I messaged holiday extras once I got home and have had no reply
