    Marrakech airport transfers
    Excellent service. I travelled alone with my 10 year old child so arranged transfer only from airport to hotel. Taxi messaged me on the day but my data was not working when we landed, and I couldnt reply. I was concerned we missed the transfer but I needn’t have worried. Found them right at the exit. Great safe ride from to the palmeraie area. Smooth and easy, so pleased it all went well.

    T2 meet and greet needs better signage
    There are no clear signs to M&G terminal 2 at Manchester . This needs sorting as you can end up going through the drop off zone and having to pay . Two separate cars in our party did this because of lack of signs . Please raise this with M&GT2

    Excellent
    Our first experience of using Sentinel parking at Leeds/Bradford airport and would not hesitate to use again even though we usually go for onsite parking. Very easy to find, speedy check in and check out on return, shuttle bus waiting to take us and bring us back and journey literally 3 mins. Staff friendly and very efficient. Much cheaper than onsite.

    More Dispare than Aspire
    Absolutely terrible experience. Never seen such a limited choice of food it was a total waste of money and holiday extras seems to be doing nothing with regards to dealing with my complaints. Do not EVER book Aspire Lounge. Save your money.

    Confidence Destroyed - Car Damaged - Expensive Repair
    Having used Holiday Extras 20 times in the last 4 years. I am about to cancel my next 2 bookings due to what has just happened. I arrived on 24/7 with my daughter in law & 2 grandchildren & the drop off at Meet & Greet T2 Manchester Airport was fine.
    On our return, we collected the car & drove home. On trying to move the driver’s seat back, it didn’t work props. I contacted Holiday Extras who stated as I hadn’t reported the issue – which was non-visible- they could do nothing. I booked it into the Mercedes garage for the next day, as I feared the seat mechanism would break down imminently (bring only 5ft tall. I could be left stranded if I couldn’t alter the seat). The garage said it had been moved ‘over an obstruction on the rail under the seat’ (nothing was on the rail now though! Cost of repair including part, labour & VAT £2719.

    Late Pick up
    We were delayed for three hours by Ryanair, but the free 4 hour extension was brilliant and saved any extra stress

    Left high and dry
    Car rental had an existing a chip identified in the windscreen so it was doubtful it was fit for purpose? Another existing chip on the edge was not identified and was the cause of a severe crack developing mid-hire.
    No support was available on the emergency numbers provided leaving us with no option but to leave the car unused for two days then running the risk of driving the car back up to Limoges for return. It seems the Rental Company & this company are not interested, I paid for 7days hire only to have half of that time unable to use the vehicle. Never again.

    Great trip with easy parking & pick up
    We always use HE app – Hamilton by Hilton with Maple meet & Greet service.
    Worth the money- hotel links very easily to North terminal and quick shuttle to South.
    Car was at car park within 5 minutes when we flew home.
    Excellent service guys all round.

    Easy car parking through app
    We regularly use Holiday Extras for car parking at our local airport. Fees are very good. Immediate confirmation in app and generally a very slick service. I’d recommend that any traveller use them.

    Good communication
    Booking through the App was easy and seamless. Through the APP you also have the immediacy of your car park booking along with instructions. It is good to pat a little bit more for piece of mind of parking fees due to Kate arrivals. It happened to me once flying back home from Holland where I was delayed a full day. I was able to cover the additional incurred parking fee.
    Good communication from confirmation of booking through to the day of your booking.

    Repeat visit
    Stayed in Clayton 3 times now before an early morning flight. Room is well set up and very clean
    Booked free shuttle for early next day for airport. Driver was very pleasant… he had space on the slightly earlier shuttle, so we took up his offer. Very good experience…..already booked hotel for our next early flight . Thankyou
