Downfalls are the stones ruining the wheels on cases and steps which are hard work.
Hit and miss with the drivers, sometimes they’ll help, some of them come across that they hate their job!

Booked the airport lounge at Gatwick and the destination drop down menu defaulted to Dublin not Dubai at the South terminal. It would not allow me to change to North terminal where our Dubai flight was. Only way was to to cancel and rebooked as wouldn’t allow any amendment. Only picks up first three letters DUB and defaults to Dublin???
Have been refused a refund for the 1st booking even though we had a re made the booking at the same time on the same day at the same airport.
They will only issue a voucher and have taken £10 for the cancellation. Feels unfair and unjust.
SO
