    Usual good service
    This is the 3rd time this year I have used Maple Parking through Holiday extras as well as on a trip to Stansted. I used to use the service when based at the Sofitel but the short stay location is just as easy.
    I’ve not had to wait for my car on any of these bookings but their 10 min policy probably helps with that. I’d use them again.

    Cheapest option
    I generally use this carpark when going away as it’s often the cheapest
    Downfalls are the stones ruining the wheels on cases and steps which are hard work.
    Hit and miss with the drivers, sometimes they’ll help, some of them come across that they hate their job!

    Hotel and parking
    4th time using holiday extras in the past 2 years to book hotel and parking . Excellent prices and easy to book and a very reliable service. I’ve booked hotel and parking for March 2025 again. Have been very impressed with prices and service so far. Highly recommend

    Short run car park
    Sat nav took me to hotel instead of the car park. Signage needs to be clearer. Also I received confirmation email but no address or postcode attached I had to get this info from accessing the chat options. Otherwise the service itself was great

    Mid Stay Parking at Manchester Airport
    I have read some negative reviews of Holiday Extras but I cannot fault my recent parking experience at Manchester Airport. The booking process was simple and mistakenly I booked it twice and was refunded straight away. I arrived at the Mid Stay Parking in the early hours. The barrier lifted to my relief. The car park was well signposted and the bays were wide. On driving out a few days later, once again the barrier lifted without a problem. I would recommend Mid Stay Parking at Manchester Airport and will use Holiday Extras again.

    Amazing service
    Brilliant service , from the moment arrived at hotel, car was kept secure and was ready to collect on the day we landed, hotel staff couldn’t be any more helpful if they tried, stayed at Manchester Crowne plaza, ate in the restaurant too, food was pretty good

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS
    The location is down a pot-holed track. The customer service area is a shack. The car park area itself looks like a recently-bombed area. I decided to write off what I’d paid and go to Gatwick’s long-term parking facility instead. The website totally misrepresents Holiday Extras. I wouldn’t leave a wreck with them, never mind a vehicle I actually need to drive. I can’t imagine what damage is done to the suspension of any car left with this company.

    1. We have just returned from holiday and booked the car parking and airport lounge in Liverpool through holiday extras, it was straight forward, easy to get to, no problems at all, I will definitely be using them again.

    Won’t pay refund!!! Beware.
    Nightmare to get hold of anyone to help. Emailed three times and had no response. Online chat hard to get through and then unhelpful.

    Booked the airport lounge at Gatwick and the destination drop down menu defaulted to Dublin not Dubai at the South terminal. It would not allow me to change to North terminal where our Dubai flight was. Only way was to to cancel and rebooked as wouldn’t allow any amendment. Only picks up first three letters DUB and defaults to Dublin???
    Have been refused a refund for the 1st booking even though we had a re made the booking at the same time on the same day at the same airport.

    They will only issue a voucher and have taken £10 for the cancellation. Feels unfair and unjust.

    DREADFUL COMPANY
    Dreadful company. This company’s website allowed me to book an airport parking space for a vehicle they can’t actually accommodate. I turned up on the morning of my flight only to find I did not have a booking!!!!! I luckily managed to avoid missing my flight but ended up paying three times more. Contacted the CEO but they were unwilling to take any responsibility. They have absolutely no remorse for the situation they are putting their customers in. I was lucky to still catch my flights but I suspect many others weren’t so fortunate. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
