    Luton Airport and Ibis Hotel
    Everything worked very well. The road layout from the M1 to the car park is a bit complicated but SatNav explained it perfectly so no real problem. The people working in the Airparks were friendly and welcoming, the bus drivers were also very friendly and positive, the checking in process at the Ibis worked fine, and its location was very handy for the Airport. THe pick up bus and the key dispenser upon return worked fine, no problems.

    Holiday extras
    Always use holiday extras for booking airport parking. Very reasonable prices. Also book airport hotel to stay night before flying. Plenty of choice and decent stay and prices.

    Ok ish
    Landed and went to meeting point man holding a card with my name on so I put a thumbs up and pointed to card.. he then proceeded to to look at a board behind him with 40 names on .. once I got through to him that I was on the card he was holding off we went for a half a mile walk to car.. no more words were spoken.. until I dropped him €10. He then spoke. Return journey was waiting 15 mins before time and then my phone rang .. to be told he was in a police stop anc would be 20-25 mins late.. he arrived only 15 mins late .loaded up and off to airport drove past departures and carried on until we were 300yds past..and pulled in and dropped me off.passed 30 empty spaces .. no words spoken again.

    My go-to for airport parking
    I’ve used Holiday Extras for parking at Gatwick for my last 4 trips abroad and the service has been excellent each time. We have another trip planned in September and will definitely be booking with them again!

    Cophall Parking, Gatwick
    Really unimpressed. This is one of those car parks where you leave your keys and someone drives off in your vehicle to goodness knows where. My arrival was not confidence inspiring as one of the company’s drivers almost hit me whilst driving a car at speed into the drop off area and then reversed into a man’s car, again at speed. An argument ensured with the driver claiming he had not struck the car. Not impressive. The car park ( well the area you drop your car off and pick it up at least) was awful – loads of potholes that could damage your vehicle. 🚗 the bus service was slow – it took more than an hour from call to collection. I will not be using this service again. My car smelled of stale food when I got it back. It was absolutely filthy. Just awful all round.

    Always use holiday extras for all my airport parking, Manchester and Liverpool never have any problems, good price great service, would and do recommend to anyone

    Tried to scam me
    Booked parking for a week in Cardiff airport car park 2. When I arrived the barrier didn’t open. Rang number and eventually got let in. On return home barrier didn’t let me in. Called again, gave my name and operator said I’m “not on his list” then changed his mind and said that my parking had run out at 5am that morning and I had to pay £25 charge. As I was checking my booking he was rude and said that he had other customers to speak to and I should just pay the amount on the screen (there was no amount on the screen) eventually read my booking out and and advised that it ran out at 2am on 2nd March and this was at 11.30am on the first of March when he eventually let me out after asking for my name again. Think they were hoping I would be tired at this time of night and would just pay up to get my wife and daughter home. Disgusting behaviour.

    Maple south meet and greet
    Arrival was excellent. Unfortunately I waited 30 mins for my car to be returned as they returned the wrong car. Buy staff at the orange car park waiting area were very helpful and apologetic

    Lighting issue
    I have used this service a lot over the years and it is always friendly and efficient.
    Money needs to be spent improving the car park lighting. Late at night it is almost impossible to see the space numbers, particularly as the paint on the space numbers is faded. Exit signage is also poor and difficult to see at night.
