    Excellent
    First time leaving the car at Liverpool Airport and very pleased we did – easy access and egress and only a 5 minute walk to the terminal – would defo do it again

    Everything required
    Such an easy and convenient way to access the airport. Entry and parking was quick and hassle free, good guidance given to check in the key and then we were straight on the 5 minute bus door to door to our check-in desk. Excellent value.

    JetParks 3 parking at Manchester airport
    The car park itself is good and seems secure and the bus service to and from the terminals is a really good service. However, we struggled to find a space even though we’d pre-booked! There should be more spaces available when you’ve booked!

    Gatwick Hotel and Parking
    We booked the Premier Inn Gatwick North terminal and Maple Parking online. The Premier Inn was as we expected and Maple Parking worked well for us. However it was frustrating that we were unable to change the details of our car on line due some sort of software problem(we had to use a different car to the one we planned to take) and were unable to to find a phone number to ring to correct the problem. We were forced to use the online chat system which took longer than a phone call would have.

    Edinburgh Secure Air Park
    This the 3rd tme using the drop and go servicenat this parking service.Absolutely excellent is all i can say.

    Airparks express
    We used this carpark for the second time this year. The service was excellent. We arrived at 3am and by 3.45 we were eating breakfast in the airport! We were delayed 2 hours coming home. There was no late arrival penalty and the bus was waiting when we arrived at the bus stop! I would highly recommend this carpark.

    Warly Morning Flight
    Just up the road from Cardiff Airport makes this hotel ideal to stay in. Good comfortable room and nice bathroom facilities. Took us under 5 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. We left the hotel at 3.00am in the morning to catch our 6.00am flight. It was easy to find a parking space at the hotel to park the car for the night. Polite and friendly staff on duty. the front door is locked late at night which makes the hotel safe. We will use again when flying from Cardiff Airport.

    Smooth entrance and exit. Car reg recognised quickly. Frequent bus to EastMidlands Airport. Simple straightforward system that works

    Customer Service overseas call centre
    Could not understand my requirement to extend my car parking, tried three times, first handler very abrupt and talked over me.

    Not recognised on exit - again, but great staff
    This is the second time I’ve used this system for parking at Leeds Bradford Airport, the initial booking went well and both transfer bus drivers were very friendly and helpful and the Airport worker helped us find the bus pick up on our way home in a very friendly way. On exiting the carpark my car was not recognised and I was informed I would have to pay almost double what I had already paid. When I contacted the help line at the gate my microphone was not working and I had to reverse out and into another exit lane to be heard. However, the lady on the other end was very friendly and helpful and we were soon on our way, thanks to a real (and nice) person. Its a pity this is the second time in a row we had to contact the help to get out, after a long day travelling its not what you need.

    Very good
    Gatwick airport- very good service, close by and when I had booked the wrong time to collect the car, they soon sorted for us so we could get home in the morn rather than the evening!
    Amazing!
