    Not really meet and greet
    Booked M&G at Manchester T2 with holiday extras. Booking straightforward, but fairly long walk from car drop off to M&G reception. Very helpful guy there arranged to have car pick up point near key collection point. Long walk from arrivals to automated key collection. Unlikely to use Manchester again. Much prefer personal touch at Newcastle M&G instead.

    Park and stay, Luton airport
    What an easy and professional experience the whole process was. At the carpark a very friendly and polite young man helped with keys, we then get straight on the bus. On return the bus was waiting, straight to carpark. Picking up the keys was easy and the car was easy to find. We will use again and recommend.

    Always smooth
    I use Holiday Extra to book airport parkings. App is very useful and I don’r have to look for any emails etc.

    Lengthy…
    Booked I thought Purple Parking to find this one actually operated by Maple. Road diversions on the way there slowed things down (not their fault and they did inform us). However on return waited 25 minutes for bus and transfer took 15 minutes. Not nearly as quick as advertised. Would recommend paying more and being on site/meet and greet at Gatwick

    Great Transfers
    Really good communication via WhatsApp app, both on being collected and dropped off.
    Both drivers didn’t speak much on either journey, but both polite and helpful.
    Would definitely recommend 👌

    Fabulous definitely use again..No problem checking in,both outward and coming back 😀 Great meet and greet, no worries about managing the bus transfer..

    Very rude and not customer focused
    Very rude and not customer focused. Too long of a wait and the driver sat on the car seat with his dirty clothes.

    Long wait time to pick up car
    Waited for over 30 mins to pick up car, despite ringing number when advised when picked up luggage. Huge queue of others also waiting.

    Great hotel and parking at Manchester
    Brilliant service. Easy to drop off car with great shuttle bus transfer to hotel. Hotel was almost next door to departure lounge with a short walk to our flight. Small but comfortable hotel room. When we returned the shuttle bus picked us up as we walked out the terminal. So easy and great value!

    Expensive
    I’ve used the onsite parking for years Nd the price used to be reasonable but since Covid the prices have risen horrendously and it’s just pure greed. I was quoted £159 for a fortnight in May which was with a discount, a couple of years ago this would have been around £40. On this trip we were parked miles away as usual but a couple of the closer car parks were completely empty which would have been easier for people.
