    Cresta Court
    I booked the hotel,parking and taxis from the hotel to Manchester Airport back in March 2024 for a trip on 30th Sept,the hotel was clean,the staff where friendly and helpful.The taxis arrived just before the booked time in the morning getting us to the airport in plenty of time,we arrived back 4 days later,late at night a quick phone call to the taxis firm and it arrived almost straight away.On both journey’s the driver was friendly and helpful.This was a very good service provided by Holiday Extras.

    Great hotel and parking as always.
    We always book the Hampton at Hilton Hotel with parking at Liverpool Airport. With number plate recognition the parking is so easy and right behind the hotel. The staff at the hotel are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine to eat before walking across the road to the terminal. Will always book this through holiday extras as it is very good value.

    Clayton hotel and parking Manchester
    Very comfortable room and very friendly staff drop off and pick up very easy when we came out of arrivals rang for pick up and the courtesy bus was there within minutes I would use again

    Pretty good…..
    I would have given them 5 stars but with the roads closed around Luton and all the roadworks around the airport, it makes for a challenging journey to/from their location and to/from the Airport.

    Having said that the drop and go was efficient and the transfer both ways without delay. We seem to have been fortunate looking at some of the reviews.

    Customer service needs improvement
    I parked at Gatwick North and, as requested, collected my car from the South terminal. However, there was an issue with customer service. The staff member who answered my call failed to explain the correct location for collecting my car, so I ended up waiting in the wrong place while my car had already been dropped off. Despite making several calls for clarification, the staff assumed that I was familiar with the process. To make matters worse, he became rude during the interaction.

    Return transfer left stranded
    After our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day , we lost our transfer and the helpline were not helpful, tried to rebook and pay for another transfer then to find you need 48hrs notice so could not book ! So had to find another transfer company which could help , so loss of money will not book agian will use a tour operator package so we would not have this issue when booking separate . It was the lack of help that was really annoying and frustrating.

    Easy
    Parked in car park 3 at Birmingham, easy access to terminal, first time using would defiantly use again, made life so much easier…only down side pretty pricy

    Airparks Slip End Luton . Excellent Value for Money
    Simple and effective way of no fuss parking. Transfers frequently and text link to your coach pick up showing live times.
    Vehicle keys in locked box with easy access. Would highly recommend.

    Hilton east Midlands
    Always stayed here before holiday and had transfers included but not now. Told by the hotel I should have clicked the option which has not been the case until now cost £43 return and sent wrong car for mobility scooter. Extortionate on top of hotel and parking when most hotels Included. Will not use again.

    Works well - once you get to grips with the system
    The transfer bus takes you right to the terminal at Luton. We have used this service 3 times now. Tip: if you are planning to stay overnight for your early morning flight do not stay at the Ibis hotel. It is a good 10 minute walk to the terminal. Not easy with luggage or pleasant in bad weather. Suggest you stay and pay for overnight parking at an alternative hotel (we used Premier Inn) then drive at silly O’clock to Airparks (they operate 24/7) leave the car and take the courtesy bus to the terminal.

    Smooth booking
    I’m happy with the booking and staffs were very nice. The only problem I had was getting into where they are, the description is not clear so the the navigation took me to the front of Stansted airport itself and I had to pay £7 to come out which was very disappointing. So be careful when going there.

    Gatwick Easyjet & No 1 Lounge
    We arrived at 6.00am at the Lounge. There was not much choice for a breakfast. Two cereals and pancakes. Couldn’t do toast as there wasnt a toaster. As for a cooked breakfast it was lukewarm and got cold quickly. It was the first time for us and wouldnt go again. A lot of money for not very much. The only plus was that you got a comfy chair. There were lots of reserved places which we were told we could use but in one room two of my party were kicked out as it was meant for 4 people. We were a party of 4 people!!
