    Why was my car being used on motorway 6 hours after it was left
    Why was my being used after it was left with you dash cam footage to prove.disgraceful and will never. use again

    Very Slow Return Trip
    Trip from car park to airport was good no wait but return after a 8 hour night flight then baggage claim outside no bus. But one arrived after a call and a short wait. After boarding bus first we sat for 20 minutes on a roasting hot bus while he waited to fill it up till there was no more seats or room for luggage even though a bus was behind us. So from arrival at airport back to car took 1 hour 45 minutes. I think I will use a taxi next time far quicker and not much more expensive.

    Brilliant
    Brilliant service. Never had an issue; whether it be the website, one of the ‘park yourself’ car parks, or ‘Meet & Greet’.
    The guys leading us to the parking were great, the staff on reception were friendly, they looked after the car and when i returned, they were efficient and pleasant.
    Will only use Holidays Extras to book these kinds of things.

    A long return trip...
    Very disappointed to find a 1-2 hour queue for the shuttle bus, after it had taken over an hour to go through checks and get our bags. Unlikely we’ll use it at the same airport again!

    Good parking solution
    Apart from taking a wrong turn on arrival (user error, but signage would have helped) all was good. Helpful staff, frequent shuttle, plenty of space.

    So convenient
    Used this parking several times now and never any problem. Easy to park, regular shuttle bus service to and from the airport. Book early to get a good price.

    Good service
    Have used Meet and Greet several times now. Easy to book, quick check in and out again. Price has risen but so has everything else 🤷‍♀️
    on return this time our car was parked close to the office – perfect !

    Paid extra £16 as wrong car park used.
    Didn’t read the instructions before setting off.The roadside notices outside the airport weren’t very obvious at 6.00 am,
