    Did the job
    I didn’t want to wait for the others to join the coach so pre booked a private transfer. Wasn’t particularly clear where I needed to go – thought there would be a board with my name but you have to go to a shared stand and they find the driver. Now I know that’s fine but did have a bit of a panic! Drivers both ways polite, prompt and acceptable but I would question the road worthiness of the cars… but most cars including the public taxis left a little to be desired so think that is just how it is. It was an individual person who looked like they picked up the job but aren’t perhaps licensed cars but it got me from A to B and all was good. Probably would book again as not sure how it would have compared to the local taxi prices.

    Meet & Greet
    Very good service on arrival and departure. Extremely helpful to us on return back to a very cold uk. The battery was flat due to being stood for 2wks in freezing temperatures and they had us charged up and back on the road in no time 😊

    Location of hotel and location of car park
    Generally we were pleased with the locations of the car park and the IBIS hotel. However, when booking the car park/hotel package, we did not notice that the car park was NOT in the IBIS but a 15 minute bus ride away.

    Convenient & efficient
    Our cases were last off the flight so we missed the bus to the car park, however the response to our phone call was excellent and another bus (just for us) arrived within 7 minutes, which was just enough time to get all my wet weather gear on for the walk to my car. Lots of puddles on that walk but it had apparently been raining all day and there was standing water on all the roads home.

    Almost there
    It was easy to find and park. Quickly collected and dropped off at terminal 2.
    Coming back was not so perfect. It was dark so hard to see car park area signs. Very difficult walk back to car trying to dodge potholes and puddles with heavy suitcases and a little difficult to find the exit for the cars and not the exits for pedestrians. Otherwise fine

    Great customer service on the phone .
    I always book my car parking or hotel stay with Holiday Extras and will continue to do so .I had a slight issue I was returning later than scheduled .I called HE and Colin helped me ,he emailed the airport for me to inform them i would be late …I had got the insurance for late return .I arrived in Stansted and emailed the airport I was in the U K ,I arrived and they were great at Stansted and Leona Fowler replied back in a timely manner to say my vehicle was ready .Great teamwork HE and Stansted .

    Great hotel with drop off and pickup for free
    Great way to start a holiday. Cambridge hotel was pleasant with a nice restaurant with the free drop off mine was 03:00 in the morning and prompt collection, I really cannot pick any holes in the cost. Will use them again and leet friends know as well

    Whilst I cannot fault Holiday Extras, their service is second to none, however the signposts directing you to T2W are none existent ,beware you have to follow P3 and then turn immediately right to T2W.
