    Holiday Extras
    I always book through Holiday Extras. They always give an excellent service, the website is easy to use to see the price comparisons and I have always found it cheaper to book through them than to book direct with the Hotel.

    Thistle Hotel T5 Heathrow
    Thistle Pods are not easy to find from T5. Having eventually found them, on pressing the screen Thistle Hotel is not an option, only Pod Parking. Phoned the hotel for help but the Receptionist didn’t know! Another traveller gave me the information I needed. The advertised price for a return journey is 11 pounds, but I was charged 16 pounds and was too tired to query it.
    The hotel is very nice, room was clean and plenty of towels etc.
    There was nothing to say a table had to be booked for dinner, most were reserved so I was lucky to get one. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced with a good view of planes landing and taking off.
    Staff were pleasant and helpful.I would stay here again.

    Mid stay parking
    We passed the car park entrance because the directions were wrong, but retraced our steps. For some reason our registration number is never recognised so we always have to get assistance, but they are usually quick and helpful.

    Almost a perfect service
    Have used many times and service is generally very professional and efficient. The only reason I cannot give a 5 Star review is due to the fact we had to wait nearly thirty minutes for the car to be brought to the car park. After an overnight flight having to hang around in the cold car park was not good. No explanation given as to why the delay.

    Perfect
    Arrived early morning & parked up easily – the postcode took us to the wrong entrance of the industrial park but we figured it out within a few minutes. Man on the checkout was friendly & efficient. Only waited a few minutes for a bus & was at the airport quickly. On our return the bus had just pulled up as we got outside, so we didn’t have to wait & was soon reunited with our car. Perfect experience, great price – Would definitely recommend & will definitely use again.

    EDINBURGH SECURE AIRPARK
    WE BOOKED THIS CARPARK DUE TO PRICE. ARRIVED IN THE MORNING GOT PARKED NO PROBLEM. BUS ARRIVED QUICKLY, AND THE GENTLEMAN DRIVING THE BUS GOT OFF AND HELPED EVERYONE WITH THERE LUGGAGE HE WAS VERY PLEASANT. CAME HOME AND PROBABLY HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF MINUTES FOR BUS TO APPEAR. SO EASY AND WILL DEFO USE AGAIN.

    Edinburgh review
    We arrived on Sunday at 6am picked up the car on Thursday at 12.15 yet it was only charged to 87% . Which meant we had to stop to charge on our way home . This should have been up to 100%

    Great experience
    First time we have flown from EMA. Booked “Meet and Greet”. So easy and efficient service. We virtually sailed through for departure and arrival. Staff very helpful and courteous. A well deserved 5 stars and highly recommended.

    Called a Liar when raising a concerm
    Used at Gatwick for Premier Inn and Meet & Greet.
    Premier Inn was fine it does what it says in the box!
    Meet & Greet didnt answer the phone and never turned up. Had to pay extra to park at the long stay! Raised it as an issue on the app, 48hrs later simple response from Holiday Extras….. we don’t believe you and tough! Did not even ask for proof a flat customer doesn’t matter response. Will never recommend or use again the operator couldn’t care less that they are using awful partners (check out the reviews for meet and greet)

    Green parking at Stansted
    Everything went well ,easy access ,quite a long walk to terminal, booked quite a long time ago , was told by easyJet about a month ago of a later flight but did not tell you! But the button at exit worked well l

    Good service
    Easy booking, easy check in, I have used the meet and greet service many times at Heathrow Terminal 5, my car was ready for me on my return, no waiting, just remember to call them when picking up your luggage.
    Only small complaint that I have is why does the driver have to change all the settings on my car’s heating system, if that person changes it please put it back where it was, thanks.

    Meet and greet fine. Hotel has teething issues.
    Meet and greet was fine. Hotel Tribe had a lot of teething issues and rather expensive. Food served on cold plates and staff didn’t know the content of the menus, and an automatic service charge of £15. I had this removed due to inadequate staff knowledge.
