    Poor service
    Drop off was fairly easy you just have to dodge between the cars with your cases being careful not to bump them.
    The old lad helping you check in your keys was great..very helpful
    On the way back we scanned the barcode and the machine lights up the box..no keys in the box..tried multiple times..found the keys in another box other than the one that was flashing!!!
    2am in the morning I approached an eastern European girl who was there to help..she never looked up from her phone or spoke just pointed in a direction of where our car should be… totally wrong direction in the rain!!!

    Poor service
    Checking in was ok, coming back did everything they asked on email, we walked to pick up point and then had to wait 30 minutes in the pouring rain with a child, no one really cared when I asked all they said it’s on it’s way. Would definitely not use again

    Airport transfer from Chania airport and return
    Other than a misunderstanding about the the number of passengers both transfer journeys were great in terms of reliability and comfort.

    Airport parking heathrow
    Stopped at the renaissance hotel with parking on site. As I have an electric car this site has loads of Tesla chargers which charge any car. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a good nights sleep. Parking was at the side of the hotel and used a hopper bus to get to terminal 3. This was £13 for 2 adults kids under 12 free. Bus runs every 30 mins and was on time, only a 5 min ride. Total cost was £233 and parked for 15 nights car left in space all this time. If using Virgin at Heathrow would definitely use this again. Also Mac Donald’s across the road which was good for breakfast.

    Good service but not cheap
    The parking was easy enough to sort and collection was fairly straightforward. It is a little bit of a hike from the car drop off to the terminal but not too bad. The Hampton by Hilton Hotel is great and so convenient as we walked out of the hotel door and Easyjet checkin was directly opposite and less than 20m away. It certainly wasn’t cheap though. £650 for 10 days parking and 2 rooms for one night. I paid it just for all the hassle and time it saves.

    Great experience
    Can’t fault the car park. Parked without issues and staff at reception were really friendly. Made a mistake with the time my place arrived (1h later than booked) but was told that’s not an issue. The bus drivers are very friendly too and always help carrying the suitcase into the bus. Had not long to wait at all and ride to the airport was quick.
    Pick up was equally fast and service great. Would certainly book again.

    Edinburgh Airport Secure Airparks
    Frustrating experience with Secure Airparks at Edinburgh. Car registration number not recognised on arrival as (we were told) Holiday Extras had not communicated the change of car registration number to the car park provider. The bus to the terminal dropped us at stand H, so we went there on our return to see a notice on stand H stating the bus had moved to stand 10. Absolutely no information about where stand 10 was and the airport signage is very poor. So we did a lot of unnecessary walking and got wet. Secure Airparks must have known about the change of stand and could easily have communicated this in advance, and failing that could have put a map/directions as part of the notice on stand H. Pretty poor effort all round. Have always had good experiences through Holiday Extras before so will continue to use them, but I’m not a fan of Edinburgh Airport.

    Liverpool airport parking
    You guys are brilliant at providing parking, lounges and fast track at great prices but this is the second time our code hasn’t been recognised at Liverpool Airport parking. It’s not a major big deal, but it means you have to get a ticket to get in, then when you get back you have to call the attendant and explain the issue. Please can you sort?

    Usual good service
    This is the 3rd time this year I have used Maple Parking through Holiday extras as well as on a trip to Stansted. I used to use the service when based at the Sofitel but the short stay location is just as easy.
    I’ve not had to wait for my car on any of these bookings but their 10 min policy probably helps with that. I’d use them again.

    Cheapest option
    I generally use this carpark when going away as it’s often the cheapest
    Downfalls are the stones ruining the wheels on cases and steps which are hard work.
    Hit and miss with the drivers, sometimes they’ll help, some of them come across that they hate their job!

    Hotel and parking
    4th time using holiday extras in the past 2 years to book hotel and parking . Excellent prices and easy to book and a very reliable service. I’ve booked hotel and parking for March 2025 again. Have been very impressed with prices and service so far. Highly recommend

    Short run car park
    Sat nav took me to hotel instead of the car park. Signage needs to be clearer. Also I received confirmation email but no address or postcode attached I had to get this info from accessing the chat options. Otherwise the service itself was great
