    Long transfer wait

    Warly Morning Flight
    Just up the road from Cardiff Airport makes this hotel ideal to stay in. Good comfortable room and nice bathroom facilities. Took us under 5 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel. We left the hotel at 3.00am in the morning to catch our 6.00am flight. It was easy to find a parking space at the hotel to park the car for the night. Polite and friendly staff on duty. the front door is locked late at night which makes the hotel safe. We will use again when flying from Cardiff Airport.

    Smooth entrance and exit. Car reg recognised quickly. Frequent bus to EastMidlands Airport. Simple straightforward system that works

    Customer Service overseas call centre
    Could not understand my requirement to extend my car parking, tried three times, first handler very abrupt and talked over me.

    Not recognised on exit - again, but great staff
    This is the second time I’ve used this system for parking at Leeds Bradford Airport, the initial booking went well and both transfer bus drivers were very friendly and helpful and the Airport worker helped us find the bus pick up on our way home in a very friendly way. On exiting the carpark my car was not recognised and I was informed I would have to pay almost double what I had already paid. When I contacted the help line at the gate my microphone was not working and I had to reverse out and into another exit lane to be heard. However, the lady on the other end was very friendly and helpful and we were soon on our way, thanks to a real (and nice) person. Its a pity this is the second time in a row we had to contact the help to get out, after a long day travelling its not what you need.

    Very good
    Gatwick airport- very good service, close by and when I had booked the wrong time to collect the car, they soon sorted for us so we could get home in the morn rather than the evening!
    Amazing!

    We have used the Direct Parking for Glasgow airport on many occasions.
    Fast/ efficient and friendly staff.
    Transfer bus always prompt/ easy to use.
    Definitely will use again

    Satisfied customer
    Booked transfers from Airport at Agidir to Hotel and return.
    Driver waiting at airport on arrival as scheduled and on return pickup from hotel was very early but driver
    waiting in hotel while we had breakfast. Would certainly use this Company again.

    Does the job
    Arrived 3 am staff on duty to help with check in followed instructions the bus was waiting similarly on return bus waiting at bus stop E key collection straight forward very easy all in all very satisfied

    Aspire heathrow
    Used aspire in Edinburgh so thought heathrow would be upto standard food choice very poor lucky we booked as seating was limited. If u didnt like curry uyour option was salad cheese and crackers one person on bar so que s all the time.

    Good BUT!
    Holiday extras as a company are very professional . They will always listen to the customer . However the companies they liase with are not so reliable !we were given a different pick up address to drop but we were unable to contact the company to sort this out which almost resulted in being late for our flight . At the moment I am in communication with Holiday Extras to hope the trauma and extra expense can be resolved

    Poor service
    Arrived at the car park around 3:30am, parked easily but small spaces and on what feels like a piece of waste ground. No ANPR, just a guy seeing you in, didn’t check our tickets although may have checked off our registration manually?
    There was a tiny shelter, a few couples there already, waited over 40 minutes for the bus, attendant came down to the shelter, counted how many persons then proceeded to make a phone call, after which the bus then arrived. It was so cold, no indoor shelter and such slow transportation, I will never use this car park again. Booked as it was closer to the airport than the one we use normally where they park for you but took a lot longer to get to the airport! Awful set up, and if we ever use Luton airport again I’ll go back to our usual car park.
