    Transfer from Antalya airport to colakli
    Transfers were all on time, easy to find and nice vehicles.

    One negative was on the way from airport to hotel (which was only a 45 min drive) the driver stopped after about 35/40 mins at a station lay-by to have a smoke and chat to his friend. We were therefore waiting in the car for 15 mins. This was really annoying given it was a short journey there was no need for a rest for the driver, it was only about 5 mins away from hotel so he could easily have dropped us off first then gone there, and it was about 10pm at night and we just wanted to get to our hotel after a full day travelling. I’m not sure if it was some sort of commission thing where they hope we buy something from there when we stop but either way, unnecessary and inconvenient.

    Car park full, message at gate
    Eventually got someone to answer the intercom and they let me in but car park full and people dumping cars at side of road in car park, did not get a wider space as cars dumped where ever people wanted

    Hotel
    Hotel & parking was fine ,but I was charged additional £24 for drop & pick up ,on top of amount paid through booking.

    Purple Parking
    Turned up to Gatwick Long Stay car park after pre booking.
    Had to phone for assistance to gain entrance and again when leaving the car park. Stressing when there is a queue of cars behind you.
    The bus drop off and collection faultless.

    Great
    Used parking at Manchester jet park Ringway, easy to book and park. Buses very frequent take you right to the door of the terminal. Always get a great deal.

    Super Duper Hotel
    We have used Sofitel at London Gatwick North a few times now. Staff are always polite and friendly and helpful. It is in fact the only Hotel that has offered me assistance to evacuate the Hotel if the alarm went off, I am disabled with Osteoarthritis in both knees and other medical problems. The rooms are always spotless and beds comfortable. Already booked for next holiday.

    Cresta Court
    I booked the hotel,parking and taxis from the hotel to Manchester Airport back in March 2024 for a trip on 30th Sept,the hotel was clean,the staff where friendly and helpful.The taxis arrived just before the booked time in the morning getting us to the airport in plenty of time,we arrived back 4 days later,late at night a quick phone call to the taxis firm and it arrived almost straight away.On both journey’s the driver was friendly and helpful.This was a very good service provided by Holiday Extras.

    Great hotel and parking as always.
    We always book the Hampton at Hilton Hotel with parking at Liverpool Airport. With number plate recognition the parking is so easy and right behind the hotel. The staff at the hotel are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine to eat before walking across the road to the terminal. Will always book this through holiday extras as it is very good value.

    Clayton hotel and parking Manchester
    Very comfortable room and very friendly staff drop off and pick up very easy when we came out of arrivals rang for pick up and the courtesy bus was there within minutes I would use again

    Pretty good…..
    I would have given them 5 stars but with the roads closed around Luton and all the roadworks around the airport, it makes for a challenging journey to/from their location and to/from the Airport.

    Having said that the drop and go was efficient and the transfer both ways without delay. We seem to have been fortunate looking at some of the reviews.

    Customer service needs improvement
    I parked at Gatwick North and, as requested, collected my car from the South terminal. However, there was an issue with customer service. The staff member who answered my call failed to explain the correct location for collecting my car, so I ended up waiting in the wrong place while my car had already been dropped off. Despite making several calls for clarification, the staff assumed that I was familiar with the process. To make matters worse, he became rude during the interaction.

    Return transfer left stranded
    After our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day , we lost our transfer and the helpline were not helpful, tried to rebook and pay for another transfer then to find you need 48hrs notice so could not book ! So had to find another transfer company which could help , so loss of money will not book agian will use a tour operator package so we would not have this issue when booking separate . It was the lack of help that was really annoying and frustrating.

    Easy
    Parked in car park 3 at Birmingham, easy access to terminal, first time using would defiantly use again, made life so much easier…only down side pretty pricy
