    Airparks Slip End Luton . Excellent Value for Money
    Simple and effective way of no fuss parking. Transfers frequently and text link to your coach pick up showing live times.
    Vehicle keys in locked box with easy access. Would highly recommend.

    Hilton east Midlands
    Always stayed here before holiday and had transfers included but not now. Told by the hotel I should have clicked the option which has not been the case until now cost £43 return and sent wrong car for mobility scooter. Extortionate on top of hotel and parking when most hotels Included. Will not use again.

    Works well - once you get to grips with the system
    The transfer bus takes you right to the terminal at Luton. We have used this service 3 times now. Tip: if you are planning to stay overnight for your early morning flight do not stay at the Ibis hotel. It is a good 10 minute walk to the terminal. Not easy with luggage or pleasant in bad weather. Suggest you stay and pay for overnight parking at an alternative hotel (we used Premier Inn) then drive at silly O’clock to Airparks (they operate 24/7) leave the car and take the courtesy bus to the terminal.

    Smooth booking
    I’m happy with the booking and staffs were very nice. The only problem I had was getting into where they are, the description is not clear so the the navigation took me to the front of Stansted airport itself and I had to pay £7 to come out which was very disappointing. So be careful when going there.

    Gatwick Easyjet & No 1 Lounge
    We arrived at 6.00am at the Lounge. There was not much choice for a breakfast. Two cereals and pancakes. Couldn’t do toast as there wasnt a toaster. As for a cooked breakfast it was lukewarm and got cold quickly. It was the first time for us and wouldnt go again. A lot of money for not very much. The only plus was that you got a comfy chair. There were lots of reserved places which we were told we could use but in one room two of my party were kicked out as it was meant for 4 people. We were a party of 4 people!!

    Communication
    I booked the Crowne Plaza Hotel with secured parking for our holiday last week. Unfortunately my car broke down three days before departure and could not be fixed before the holiday. As a result we had to travel to the hotel by taxi so the parking was not required. I tried a number of times to contact Holiday Extras to amend my booking (two days before the booking) but found this impossible. The website allowed me to make my request but then reverted to the original page every time I entered the question. I did enquire at the hotel but they were not interested and told me to take it up with Holiday Extras. If as they say they welcome our feedback I would be delighted if they could respond and explain how I could get my parking money back.

    Faultless
    Great experience all round. Easy to find, smooth check in and only minutes from T5. A cancelled flight meant we returned to T3 but this was no problem and the change was handled very efficiently. By far the best parking experience I’ve had at an airport. Will use again.

    Excellent service
    Totally hassle free service. On time , not even needed to remind them . Needed to change hotel and just what’s app them and they changed without any problem Very satisfied and highly recommended .

    Pick up and drop off Hurghada airport
    This was a very nice way to get from airport to hotel, well signed to meet us at the airport, very helpful driver and got there safely, unfortunately over half hour late picking up from hotel to airport, had to phone to find out where he was, then to be asked where was I waiting, all ended well but could have been better, still would recommend this service, great value,

    Plaza lounge Edinburgh Airport
    Not the best experience, it’s a nice lounge but very busy, had to queue for some time to get in even though we had booked. The queue for the bar is massive due to there only ever being 1 member of staff serving drinks but plenty staff floating about (I suspect that’s intentional, to stop people drinking too much). Food was nice & a good choice, but not a very relaxing atmosphere.

    Birmingham market meet and greet
    Used the meet and greet service at Birmingham airport. So easy to find .
    Dropped car off ,then 5 min walk to terminal.
    On return collected our bags then called. 20 mins later car was where we left it.
    Great service
