   Joke of a parking firm

   Dropped car off, left for a week come back screw in tyre and called maple to ask how do I claim and there response was. Nothing it’s bad luck you deal with it yourself. Disgusting customer service will not use these again. Use car park firms that have onsite parking not drive your car miles away and risk damage and car being abused.

   So Easy

   This is the best meet and great service I have used at any airport. Literally drop the car off just outside the departure doors, drop keys off at a safe deposit box, obtain receipt for keys with confirmed collection point, enjoy holiday. On landing walk just outside the arrivals door and into a car park where you collect keys from a electronic safe that tells you the location of your car and drive straight out. Seamless hassle free and really quick. Would definitely use again.

   £120 parking fine due to erronous Holiday Extra confirmation

   I received a £120 parking fine caused by incorrect info on Holiday Extras’ confirmation.
   On making a complaint Holiday Extras just gave me the run around!
   They deliberately misinterpreted my complaint no matter how well I explained it.
   They insisted on seeing a parking receipt which I did not have because their confirmation indicated parking was paid for. Two weeks later I received a £120 parking fine.
   Holiday Extras seems to be a cowboy company that uses personnel who don’t have a good grasp of the English language and consequently their confirmations can be grammatically unclear, inconcise, misleading and inaccurate.
   Their customer care is inadequate and appears to count on messing complaintes about to the extent they just ‘go away’.
   A company to avoid

   A 3 minute walk to the departure terminal doesn’t get any better zero hassle which is exactly what everyone needs

   Great Car Park

   Great car park near Stansted Airport. Ease to find and access. Frequent transfer buses from the location to the airport terminal. Good value for money.

    Gatwick parking

    We stayed overnight with parking at Cambridge hotel Horley. Very comfortable for 1 night. Secure parking. Turkish restaurant very nice. shuttle parking 5£ each way pp. took 15 mins. Called the hotel when we arrived at bus stop he came 15 mins later. Would use again.

    very simple and very good

    i booked airport parking at Edinburgh. i arrived, parked my car and got the bus to the airport and did the same in reverse order when i came back from holiday. zero issues.

    Hotel transfer

    Landed at Palma airport. The pick up queue is organised chaos but somehow it works. We waited roughly 15 mins for our ride. That’s after you’ve been in the queue for the check in desk. But before the queue for the check in desk you have to queue at the company desk. Enjoyed our holiday, the day before we are due to leave we had an email from the company saying our pick up point had been changed and details of the new spot. We were at the new spot 15 mins before pick up, we were there 20 mins after pick up. We rang the emergency number who after 11 minutes couldn’t find our booking and told us to ring the company. We rang the company and after 11 minutes were told to get a cab. We were staying in a small village were there isn’t a cab on every corner! We walked to a local hotel who managed to call a cab for us. On return home we complained to the company and after providing evidence that we called the emergency number and a copy of the cab receipt we were provided with refund for the cab ride (not for the original booking) and a 50% off voucher for our next booking. We are unlikely to use them again.

    Chaotic bus service

    Parking is what it is, I have used Jet Parks before and am aware that you psrk in an unmade surface etc – I accept that as ‘the deal’ and I like to park the car myself. However I also like to catch my plane despite being parked by 4.15 a.m. it took more than 1 hour before I could get on a shuttle bus. Each bus was full and drove past. People were getting distressed and started dispersing to other bus stops to try and get a flight. I actually missed mine which was not the start to a holiday I or anyone wanted – but once parked and behind the fences you’re stuck. Jet Parks either needs to get the buses sorted and deliver on the 15-20 minute expectation it offers or at least be honest and say allow between 1 and 1.5 hors from parking car to enter get to terminal.

    Spaces are quite small and I paid extra for late arrival flight but the barrier did not open so had to ask for the barrier to be opened

    London Heathrow T2, T3 & T5 Purple Parking

    Parked my vehicle at Purple Parking Park and Ride T2, T3 & T5 last weekend. Drop off was easy, but pick-up was awful. On top of waiting nearly 30 minutes for the bus to arrive at T2, we had to wait another 30 minutes for the bus to slowly make its rounds to T3 and T5 for pick up and drop off. The bus was overcrowded. This car park company needs more buses running and should have a separate bus for T5. Be prepared to wait for up to an hour between getting to the bus stop at your terminal and returning to Purple Parking Park and Ride.
