    Communication
    I booked the Crowne Plaza Hotel with secured parking for our holiday last week. Unfortunately my car broke down three days before departure and could not be fixed before the holiday. As a result we had to travel to the hotel by taxi so the parking was not required. I tried a number of times to contact Holiday Extras to amend my booking (two days before the booking) but found this impossible. The website allowed me to make my request but then reverted to the original page every time I entered the question. I did enquire at the hotel but they were not interested and told me to take it up with Holiday Extras. If as they say they welcome our feedback I would be delighted if they could respond and explain how I could get my parking money back.

    Faultless
    Great experience all round. Easy to find, smooth check in and only minutes from T5. A cancelled flight meant we returned to T3 but this was no problem and the change was handled very efficiently. By far the best parking experience I’ve had at an airport. Will use again.

    Excellent service
    Totally hassle free service. On time , not even needed to remind them . Needed to change hotel and just what’s app them and they changed without any problem Very satisfied and highly recommended .

    Pick up and drop off Hurghada airport
    This was a very nice way to get from airport to hotel, well signed to meet us at the airport, very helpful driver and got there safely, unfortunately over half hour late picking up from hotel to airport, had to phone to find out where he was, then to be asked where was I waiting, all ended well but could have been better, still would recommend this service, great value,

    Plaza lounge Edinburgh Airport
    Not the best experience, it’s a nice lounge but very busy, had to queue for some time to get in even though we had booked. The queue for the bar is massive due to there only ever being 1 member of staff serving drinks but plenty staff floating about (I suspect that’s intentional, to stop people drinking too much). Food was nice & a good choice, but not a very relaxing atmosphere.

    Birmingham market meet and greet
    Used the meet and greet service at Birmingham airport. So easy to find .
    Dropped car off ,then 5 min walk to terminal.
    On return collected our bags then called. 20 mins later car was where we left it.
    Great service

    Luton meet & greet
    Arrived back into Luton to collect my car from meet & greet to find a totally flat tyre with a nail in it. The driver MUST have seen and heard the dash screaming at them but claimed it wasn’t them. On bringing up the photos of when we left the car, with no nail!, they said they were just drivers and didn’t know what to do and to get our own recovery service to respond. Whilst waiting 6 hours (another complaint to RAC!), we saw how the drivers treated the cars and whilst someone checked on us periodically they mentioned that there had been flooding in the area, roads closed etc, and lots of debris left in the roads as a result and that they can sometimes take your car up to 50 miles away! I’m still awaiting a reply/acknowledgement from the company, who didn’t seem one bit interested or concerned. We finally had to drive on an alloy rim outside the car park to find the tyre fitter, to be cold by the guy at the barrier we owed MORE MONEY cos we didn’t exit on time…. FUMING doesn’t come close. £200 for a non-branded tyre, a day’s wage lost and very tired! NEVET AGAIN

    Late for pick up car
    My flight home me from Faro was delayed due to a broken plane, pilots words, had to wait for another plane therefore delayed 4 hours to collect car from Bournemouth, then had to pay extra £17.50 to open barrier! Being a regular customer & the delay, not our fault, was still on the same day, I was disgusted at having to pay this.

    Cambridge Gatwick Hotel Stay & Parking
    We stayed for one night before going on our two week holiday & leaving our car at the hotel. Check in was okay & transport to the airport was booked for the next day. There is an additional charge of £5 per person each way to pay, which was a reasonable amount. The hotel was dated, however our room & bathroom in the lodge was clean & comfortable.
    Our pick up was on time and took us to Bus Stop 12 which is the furthest from the terminal, you are also collected from this stop. The drivers were not helpful or friendly in any way, not even a smile was seen, did not tip due to his unhelpful behaviour. I struggled to get into the van due to the height of the step up but no help or advice was given. May I suggest you carry a small step for us older people with limited mobility. Overall I would use the hotel & parking again as the price was so reasonable, it was good value for money.

    Singapore airport transfer
    Excellent service from taxi company. Text with name of person dealing with our transfer and then kept in touch with information about our taxi letting us know registration and when it was on site both at the airport and then on our return from hotel to airport. Stress free and very professional

    Annoying
    We always book through you and thoroughly enjoy Yorkshire lounge, but on this occasion our flight was delayed to Faro, never having faced this before we carried on in the lounge until my name was called to go to reception, I went to the reception to be told we would have to leave the lounge or pay another £15 each for an extra 1 hour stay in the lounge , I accepted to pay such as i didn’t know how long the delay was going to be, I returned to my wife and as I was informing her of the situation ,the couple next to us had gone to reception to ask what was going the receptionist told her not to pay any extra as the gate for the plane would be gate 10 and to go there not pay for longer, my wife took offence to this and went to reception to ask why we had been charged this money when 5 mins later a couple were not charged and told to go to gate 10. My wife pointed out that the change in advice was ridculous she said the gate had not been called to my wife. We left immediately to go to gate 10. £30 pounds for 5 mins is an absolute disgrace.

    Lovely staff very convenient
    Its a great park and ride near Glasgow Airport. Lovely staff. Good waiting facilities and regular buses. Even better if you get a good price booking early.

    Cardiff parking
    Couldn’t be easier to park at meet and greet at Cardiff airport. All the staff are friendly and always have answers for any question I ask, car is always parked close to the office when we get back. Would always recommend this parking.
