    Good service
    Have used Meet and Greet several times now. Easy to book, quick check in and out again. Price has risen but so has everything else 🤷‍♀️
    on return this time our car was parked close to the office – perfect !

    Paid extra £16 as wrong car park used.
    Didn’t read the instructions before setting off.The roadside notices outside the airport weren’t very obvious at 6.00 am,

    Transfer
    We arrived at Lanzarote and our transfer had not been booked so we had to get a taxi so we want our£20.77 back. It does not give me much confidence to book with you again unless you will guarantee you will organise it next time. Thank you. Paul Hill

    Excellent service and response to cancellation of flight!
    I’m a regular user if Holiday Extras and parking at Sofitel!
    This holiday our flight was cancelled and we couldn’t return for more than 24 hours.
    I phoned parking they answered the phone quickly and efficiently extended my parking to my new flight time arrival despite me not having the flight number! Thoroughly recommend!

    Not ideal for T2!
    Seemed good value when booked, but T2 was the last stop on the bus and took a lot longer than the advertised ‘10-15 mins’. Even the bus stops said 20!
    Car park is huge, and so full, took ages to find a space and the surface is stones so tricky to pull case / push buggy.
    All round not great to be honest, wished I’d paid the extra money for another option.
    Bus driver was great, but bus was packed.

    Filthy car
    Been using this carpark for years with no bother always a good service , so gets back from my break Monday 5th Sept, dark misty morning ,collect my keys as usual and told row c were my cars parked , still early and dark , sets off home , finally home in daylight , my car is covered in leaves tree resin and bird poo , obviously been parked under trees , suppose there gonna ditch it anywere when you go for the cheapest option , can they pay for my carwash plz

    Prices gone up
    I like this car park. Staff friendly and helpful. I used this car park via holiday extras beginning of May 2024 for 4 nights, cost approx £52, but used beginning of September for 4 nights, cost £87, Why? God knows how much it would be for longer! Same length of time, no difference in service. Saying this, I would use again but have reservations on pricing!!

    Stansted Orange Car Park
    Not happy as the car park was nearly full and ended up at far end near exit. Could have chosen a cheaper option. Then on our return from a 3 night weekend break, the barrier said I owed a further £268. Eventually got through to an operator and he let me through with no expaination or appology.

    Good as ever
    I’ve used this service before and I’ll use it again. Very straightforward and quick. The only problem I had was my own stupidity. Checking all my documents the night before travelling, and realised I hadn’t booked the car park. Did it there and then, and it cost me twice as much as when I first looked a couple of months ago. Book it as soon as you can!
