    Brilliant
    Absolutely amazing service, staff really friendly, polite and helpful,John our driver was fantastic helped get our luggage on and off the bus, will definitely use again

    Disgusting company
    Came back to car and clear damage right across the back bumper down to the metal. Rang before getting into car to be told to take photo and then email complaint in. Did that eve only to be told that claim should have been made to reception at the time . Absolutely dreadful customer service, do not use!

    Meet and greet
    Everything went to plan, it’s the best parking scheme I’ve used and I recommend this whole heartedly. Well done Birmingham!

    Not enough buses
    Had to wait almost 45 minutes for a bus! Only one running! Very frustrating when you pay so much for a weeks parking and not as advertised.

    3rd time using the Car Parking, excellent experience
    We’ve used the service for other airports, however, this was the 1st time flying from Newcastle.

    Booking, guidance and use of the car park was so simple and very reasonable cost in addition.

    Will use again and again in the future.

    Parking
    I have been using Holiday Extras to park my car at Cardiff Airport, and the service I have received has always been excellent. I will certainly use them without hesitation in the future.

    Wrong directions
    The details sent us to north terminal when we called our meet and greet firm they said they’ve asked for it to be changed several times, made finding the meet point a bit stressful

    extra extra read all about it
    fantastic service from start to finish everything done on the app sent to my wallet amendments were straight forward and confirmation was great definatly use again

    Bus back
    We have used this car park several times and the only issue is when we get the bus back from the airport to the car park. Some people can be so inconsiderate, the pit their 10kg bags on the bottom.if the luggage rack instead of the top meaning others have to struggle to lift their heavier 20kg backs onto the top rack which is really difficult in the confined space of the bus.

    Park and go
    We booked hotel and park and go as a package saved around £80 had we had booked separately. Hotel was clean and drop and go service was faultless quick and convenient.

    Hilton Garden
    We stayed at the Hilton overnight to take some of the stress out of travelling. First impressions, err,wow, an uninterested receptionist with shirt hanging out. Not impressed. The room, ok ish. The shower was over the bath which was difficult for both of us to step into and out of. TV was just about useless with very few viewable channels to pick from. No biscuits to go with the coffee aaargh. Finally the Breakfast, No I am not going to say anything about this, no i’m not. On the good side the Guinness was very nice.
