Thomas Cook is a travel operator that went bankrupt in 2019 but has since made a fresh start. The tour operator offers trips that customers can put together themselves, so they choose the destination, the hotel, the flights, the room types, transfers, rental cars and insurance. This makes it possible to offer trips that exactly meet the wishes of the customer and to keep the prices as sharp as possible. The Thomas Cook website features popular travel destinations, last-minute holidays, all-inclusive holidays and city trips, but customers can also choose to book a surprise trip via the booking form. Travellers who book a holiday with Thomas Cook can also count on a money-back guarantee in the event of calamities, as well as 24/7 support. Thomas Cook is a member of the ANVR and the SGR to guarantee safe and well-organised travel. The travel provider can also be found on Instagram and Facebook and visitors to the website can sign up for the newsletter.

All package holidays we have been on previously always list the transfers within the booking process, i.e fool proof as you cannot proceed without selecting transfer, not Thomas Cook its hidden away. So tried to get hold of someone via phone to add to booking, no people just ‘Bot’ answering, finally got through to a human and was told it is impossible to add transfer to booking as booking was complete ?
Never will use Thomas Cook again, recommend go elsewhere as this is no longer a proper customer focused company. Terrible customer support which we were informed closes at 10 minutes to 6pm so unable to sort anything else out.
NEVER AGAIN
