    Lovely Weekend in Rome!
    I had lovely weekend in Rome with Travelodeal.com. The hotel was nice & close to the Colosseum. We enjoyed pizza and gelato. Everything was well-planned. Nice trip!

    Romantic Getaway in Paris
    My partner & I booked romantic getaway to Paris through Travelodeal & it was perfect. The hotel was cozy with a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. We had a wonderful dinner cruise on the Seine River, & the city tour was fantastic. The package included tickets to stunning show at the Moulin Rouge. Travelodeal made our trip memorable with their excellent service. Recommend for romantic holiday!

    SCAMMERS
    DO NOT FALL FOR THE WOWCHER MYSTERY HOLIDAY SCAM!!! TRAVEL O DEAL IS ALSO A MASSIVE SCAMMING COMPANY!!! I honestly don’t know how all of the workers involved sleep at night knowing they scam people out of a lot of money and how they go completely against the terms and conditions of the Wowcher mystery holiday deal! After 6 months of me and my partner fighting travel o deal for a full refund they have only just offered us a partial refund and not even half! I haven’t given them an answer as of yet about this offer (and they have the audacity to call it a gesture of goodwill, ha!) as I believe if I take this to the small claims court I will win and get the whole £262.98 back that they have scammed me out of on false pretences plus compensation for the emotional distress they have caused. Wowchers mystery holiday deal states in their terms and conditions that this company have to offer 3* hotels minimum (which we didn’t realise straight away) and we were offered 2* hotels over the phone as none of the 3* ones were available for the destination that was given to us through wowcher. Again as we didn’t realise the specific terms and conditions I mentioned before straight away we unwillingly allowed them to change our destination and at further costs which of course we refused to pay after realising that they should not have offered us a 2* hotel to begin with! Obviously at the time we were not happy with the change of destination and the scam that we were pressured to fall for on that first phone call. What started as an exciting moment soon turned into a horrible, stressful and deceitful time the last 6 months! Colin (who was arrogant and rude and never told us his work title) and Ryan the customer service manager and all of the workers involved should be ashamed of themselves. We have asked for phone recordings numerous times and they have failed to send them over, they also only offered us a tiny refund compared to what we paid when APTA got in touch with them on our behalf to get this resolved. Disgusting! The company needs shutting down as I have found out that thousands of people have been scammed after digging into this more.

    Family Vacation

    Easy Booking and Consistent Pricing
    We’re very pleased with this booking. It was reasonably priced and in a great location. We stayed in this apartment last year around the same time and noticed no difference in the price. The booking process was so easy, and we’re looking forward to another trip to Benidorm.
