During this transformation process, the BrooTzo team meticulously scrubs away any unnecessary metal before brushing and polishing each part. They then drill holes and thread the fixtures for assembly. The final touches include the addition of non-metallic components such as glass shades, ceramic lamp holders and rubber gaskets to complete the lamps. Once the lamps are fully assembled, they are placed in boxes, ready to be shipped to customers.
