Number of reviews: 1 Rating:2 Scam I ordered two items… It was meant to come 5-7 working days… I gave them a month since Christmas is a busy period and I understand that there may be delays. After a month I received only one item… Very low quality… When I asked for the second item I didn’t manage to speak to an agent, seems to be an automated reply. After several emails I was told they can refund 80% of the item as its customised or i can pay $15 for them to resend it. It’s absolutely not my fault they never sent it. Awful customer service. Awful experience, feel absolutely scammed.
