    Do not use this company! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in Paris for her father’s funeral. Within half an hour of placing the order I found out that no-one would be available to take delivery of the flowers so I immediately tried to get in touch to cancel the order. Hours later I have still had no success in doing this. Website says if order is not being prepared then it can be cancelled. Despite order not scheduled to be delivered for 3 days, within half an hour of placing the order it is showing as being prepared. I tried calling – was put in hold for 10 minutes then automated message tells me to send an email via a form on their website then hangs up. No forms available on the website. An absolute scam. I WANT TO CANCEL THIS ORDER NOW AND GET A FULL REFUND!

    Birthday flowers late - no refund! Awful customer service
    Birthday flowers for my mother arrived 48 hours late while I placed the order 3 weeks prior! No apologies, no refunds, nothing. Awful company, poor customer service. They just take your money!
