Very disapointed
I was very disappointed about their customer service and the Dr’s guidance for my test results. The Dr did not comment on anything relevant showing on my test result. why would you add that feature (Dr comment) is its not going to add any useful information. I wrote them about an issue I had with the test and someone from their team said they will get back to me shortly. A week passed and no one wrote me back and I had to follow up again with them. Meantime they kept pushing other tests to me to purchase every chance they got. Very disappointing. I wanted to buy more tests but after this experience I will not and I will not recommend it to others.
