Terrible quality, poor customer service.
I ordered a serving platter and bowl as a birthday gift and paid extra for express shipping to receive it in time. The finish was really awful- the platter is made by covering the design on the wood with resin, but the surface was covered with tiny dust particles and fibre/hairs stuck all over , as well as being scratched in several places. Plus there’s no mention of using resin on the website, or if it’s food grade. I immediately sent an email to the vendor with pics showing the poor quality finish, but was told that it would have to be returned (ie at my cost) before they could deem it faulty as they ‘couldn’t tell’ from the pics. So I sent more, highlighting the issues and asked for a return label (their cost) due to the item being faulty- which was supplied. It took me chasing the refund 2 weeks later for it to be processed, once it was I tried to submit a review but was told I’d already submitted one (ie they revoked my option to review!). On the plus side they did offer to replace the platter first (but it was too late to get it in time) , and they did refund my additional shipping cost. But a really poor experience all round.

Looks nice but terrible quality
I ordered a side table which wasn’t cheap. When it arrived one of the legs was falling off – we had to glue it back on. The design looks nice but it’s just terrible quality – especially given the price. Disappointing.

Returns made out to be damaged to avoid refunds.
Ongoing case. I bought a bowl and two platters. They arrived in differing colours so I asked for a refund as this is meant to be a set. They confirmed a refund would be provided on return of the items. They confirmed receipt of the items and sent me a tiny photo of the inside of one of the items showing scratches confirming 2 out of the 3 items I returned had been used. They refuse to confirm which items have scratches. Their photos could have been the inside of any item, I have provided full photos showing all the items returned with no scratches. No response on request of which items are scratched. No more photos from them and no refund for the 3rd item which is not scratched, delays in responding. Nothing from them for over 2 weeks. Continuing to chase. Avoid this company if you can.

I wouldn't use again
I ordered I side table which I liked but the design was a little off centre and one of the legs doesn’t match the other two. I decided to keep this anyway as it fitted what I wanted. However I also ordered a chip and dip platter. The first time I got it out to use it the design is all bubbling up and chipping away and the wood is cracked – it is entirely unusable. Granted it was outside of the returns window but I emailed twice and didn’t even get a response.
